2. Dismantling joints- Providing, erecting and commissioning M.S. Dismantling joint as per requirement and Department‘s approved drawing and specifications, including machining and rubber rings and suitable for 16 kg/cm2 working pressure with required flanges of suitable size with nut bolts etc. complete. The joint should have through long bolts so that during normal working pressure there should be no sliding movement of sliding flanges. L.O.F. ( length over flange ) should not be less than 75% of dia.

10. Supplying , erecting, commissioning & Testing of full bore ELECTRO-MAGNETIC flow meter as per ISO 4064, having IP68 sensors, data Logger having facility of onboard Data Logging, web server facility with LCD Display, etc complete suitable and working on power supply of 85-260 VAC and 45-65 Hz inclusive of transportation to worksite, loading, unloading and hoisting and carefully fixing in position etc. complete. (rate to include flanges, MS pipe, clearing the site by providing machineries and jointing new flow meter with accessories i.e flanges , gaskets, Nut bolts with labour, Machineries and double welding work to all welding joints & any other material required for jointing etc complete

11. Providing and fixing at site of High-performance Ductile Iron Double Flanged Resilient Seated Electrically operated Butterfly Valve with suitable size Actuator & gear box, double eccentrical disc suitable for bidirectional flow with 100% tight shut off. Valve shall be with Body and disc made of Ductile Cast Iron GGG-40 (EN GJS 400-15), soft seal on the disc and body seat of Stainless Steel (AISI 309 LSI) micro finished weld overlay .The weld shall be a robotic process involving axial rotation of the valve relative to the arc (or vice versa) to ensure a continuous weld deposit providing full, uniform, and uninterrupted coverage of the machined body surface, with no visible discontinuities. Bolted seat ring or manual weld deposit process on valve body shall not be acceptable. Valve shall be made of stainless steel 1.4021 (AISI 420) with all internal & external hardware shall be with min AISI 304/ stainless steel A2 grade or superior. Valve seal & all "O" rings/ rubber components shall be made of EPDM approved by WRAS certification W270 suitable for food grade quality. Valve shall be with fusion bonded epoxy coating with minimum thickness of 300 microns applied on both body & disc inside & outside with blude colour RAL 5005. Valve shall be design according to EN593/BS5136, the face-to-face length shall be Valve according to EN 593-BS 5163, the face-to-face length shall be according to EN 55B-1, basic series 13 & 14/BS 5155 & DIN 3202 (Long Body)/BIS13095 (Long Body) & drilling according to EN 1092-2,Gearbox should be fully enclosed, maintenance-free lubricated for life & should be manufactured & supplied by valve manufacture. Mechanical operation of gearbox shall be self-locking in fully open & close position of the valve disc. Only the use of worm & worm wheel mechanism shall be used in gearbox. Rates to include cost of Gear box, gaskets, bolts, nuts labour, machinery & any other material required for jointing & also cost of Valve, its transportation etc. complete.
