Earth work in foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m intial lead and lifts 1.5 M intial lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site including cost of all labour, T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth, ditches with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 cm. in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4 cm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal and sand of approved quality and from approved quarry including laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm in depth, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Plain Cement Concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard black Crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry, free from skin, including hosting, lowering and laying compacting concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick each layer to required level ramming watering curing etc. including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials with all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

RCC work of M-20 grade in the Structural building works using 20mm to 10mm down graded hard black granite Crusher broken aggregates of approved quality from approved quarry including all taxes in complete Footing COLUMN

PLINTH

Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) using bricks of 23cm size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg per Sq.cm, after immersing Bricks for six hours in waters before use with watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, all T&P etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting and placing uncoated HYSD Steel reinforcement works using HYSD (FE-550) steel of approved manufacturer as per section 1600 &section 1900 of MORT&H specification for Road and Bridge works ( 4th revision) including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials, binding wires 18 to 20 gauge and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. (weight of reinforcement sall be calculated on the basis of IS 1732. wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, space bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wires or other method of binding & placing shall not be considered for payment)

12 mm (1/2") thick Cement Plaster (1:6) finished smooth to masonry brick walls after raking out the joint including watering and curing with cost and conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge

6mm thick cement plaster (1:4) over RCC works including deep chipping, finished smooth with proper thickness, watering, curing for required days with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required or the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing Vertified Tile 600mm x 600mm plain (Ivory) in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1cement : 1sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete excluding cost of precast tiles

Providing and Fixing Vetrified industrial floor tile in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1cement : 1sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete excluding cost of precast tiles.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S Grill gate ( as per I.S. specification and as per approved drawings ) in proper position in all floors and at all height including making holes to brick walls/ R.C.C structure/wood work etc. and making good to the damaged walls/ structures with cement concrete (1:2:4) etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Painting Two coats with any approved Synthetic Enamel paints of approved colour, shade over a coat of primer over iron / WOOD work including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge

Painting two coat of Weather coat over a coat of primer of approved shade on new works to give an even shade over prepared surfaces including scuffolding to outside walls, including cost and conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Profile coloured sheet including cost of fitting etc. Complete including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing G.I pipes (medium) As per IS 1239 part-1 for 100 mm dia).
