Excavation in trenches hard/dence not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth (for taking up or laying of pipes/cables) and getting out and forming bottom surface to gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus rocks to a distance n.exc 50 mm and deposited at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only MS flange for 100 mm bore pipes, of size internal dia 120 mm ,outer dia 230 mm outer and 20 mm thick and having 8 holes drilled for and incl 8 Nos 15 mm dia ,75mm long Nut ,bolts, 2 nos washer incl 3 mm thick gasket of required size and shape complete for jointing with the pipes, duly welded with pipes/fittings bends properly to both the plain ends complete all as specified. and directed.

Material & labour for flanged joint for 100 mm bore pipes including compressed asbestos fiber gasket 3 mm thick and 8 Nos nuts, bolts of size 15 mm dia and 75 mm length with 2 Nos washers 3 mm thick to joint pipes/fittings/bends etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling and taking out old u/s worn out MS/CI/GI pipe line flanged type/ spigot socket/ lead joint 80 mm bore including fittings complete with nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets etc and removing from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- New pipes shall be laid first and old ones to be taken out later.

Material & labour for flanged joint for 80 mm bore pipes including compressed asbestos fiber gasket 3 mm thick and 8 Nos nuts, bolts of size 10 mm dia and 75mm length with 2 Nos washers 3 mm thick to joint pipes/fittings/bends etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling and taking out old u/s worn out MS/CI/GI pipe line flanged type/ spigot socket/ lead joint 150 mm bore including fittings complete with nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets etc and removing from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Lay GI pipe 150 mm medium grade welded with MS flange of size 28.57mm thick and 305 mm outer dia passing in between steel tank to spring No-1 -5 (subathu to solan road) in hard / dence soil in trenches /under roads/floors etc with bend , union, and all fittings incl welding work complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note :- MS flange alongwith connected items will be measured & paid separately under relavent item.(ii) Excavation and earth work will be measured & paid separately)

Supply only MS Flange of inner dia 150 mm and 305 mm outer dia of thickness 28.57 mm having 8 holes drilled for and incl 8 Nos 19.05mm dia ,100mm long Nut ,bolts, 2 nos washer incl 3 mm thick gasket of required size and shapecomplete for jointing with the existing pipes, duly welded with pipes/fittings bends properly to both the plain ends complete all as specified. and directed.

Material & labour for flanged joint for 150 mm bore pipes including compressed asbestos fiber gasket 3 mm thick and 8 Nos nuts, bolts of size 19.05 mm dia and 100 mm length with 2 Nos washers 3 mm thick to joint pipes/fittings/bends etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling and taking out old u/s worn out MS pipe line flanged type 200 mm bore including fittings complete with nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : New pipes shall be laid first and old ones to be taken out later.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing hot finished seamless mild steel black pipe Schedule - 30, type - IS:3183 of 2007 / ASTM-A-106 Gr.'B' nominal bore 200 mm, outer dia 219.10 mm, with wall thickness 7.04 mm. NOTE:- The unit quoted rate shall include:- (a) Pipes shall be laid in trenches/over RCC pillars/under bridges/culverts. (b) Earth C/Bends/Tees/Flanges/Flanged jonts shall be measured and paid separately.

Supplying and fixing heavy duty pipe fittings such as MS bends of any angle made out of mild steel black pipe Schedule - 30, type - IS:3183 of 2007 / ASTM-A-106 Gr.'B' nominal bore 200 mm, outer dia 219.10 mm, with wall thickness 7.04 mm, . NOTE complete all as specified and directed. Note:- excavation, earthwork, MS flanges and flange joints shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items.

(iii) Jointing the new pipe with existing old pipe by means of welding to make it leakproof including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate quoted shall be included for (a) Necessary excavation/earth work (b) New GI pipe 100 mm upto 0.50 metre length (c) union & socket 100mm - 1 Nos each. (d) welding etc complete including testing on complete.

Cutting down leaking piece of pipe 80mm. Cut down the rusted & leaking portion , providing (i) new piece of GI pipe 80 mm medium grade upto 0.50 metre long (ii) New union socket 80 mm - 1 Nos. Heating, Baking and varnishing the winding complete. Re-assembling the motor and fixing back in position all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and recommended by the manufacturer.

M&L for Painting of steel tubular pole 9.0 metre long, by applying two coat of aluminium paint after scraping / brushing and cleaning the rust on pole and cross arms. Aluminium painting will be done on pole above 1.5 metre height from ground level and balance 1.5 mtr from ground level will be painted by alternate layer of black and white enameled paint (30 Cms each). Pole Nos will be written on pole by black paint in yellow circle of 150mm dia, complete, all as specified and directed.
