Roughening concrete flooring including removing existing finishes if any and washing down with water to remove dust particles complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for 62 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate, 6mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacture’s specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

M&L for Grinding existing floor surface proper to achieve an even and smooth surface and to be cleaned properly to receive further finishes all as specified and directed

M&L for 3mm thick PU (Poly Urethene) based antistatic flooring over finished surface with 1mm thick scratch coat, copper strip and 1mm thick under coat with following specification and all as per manufacturer's instruction and as per Engr-in-Charge :- (a) Fosroc Nitoflor SL 3000 UT or equivalent for scratch coat-1 mm thk (b) Copper strip – 2m x 2m grid (c) Fosroc Nitoflor SL Conductive or equivalent for Undercoat- 1 coat (d) Fosroc Nitoflor SL 3000 UT ESD or equivalent for Top Coat - 3mm thick. Note : Application of PU flooring only be carried out by auth agency.

Demolishing cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

M&L for RCC (1:1.5:3) using 20mm graded aggregate in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.

M&L for Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

M&L for TMT Bar (Fe-500D or more) for Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level

M&L for Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture
