Annual maintenance for diesel engine driven generating sets of capacity up to 62.5 KVA Make Kirloskar and Crompton Greaves including attending to under mentioned jobs to ensure its satisfactorily performance. as and when required or at least ones in qtr.

Checking the condition and cleaning of Air System - oil Bath / air element :-(a) Checking the Air cleaner condition (b) Checking the Functioning of vacuum indicator (c) Checking the Hoses condition (d) Checking the condition and Clean oil cooler & cyl liner fins HA Engine.

Lub oil system :- (a) Checking the Lub oil level / oil condition (b) Checking the condition of Engine oil and replacement if required (c) Checking the Oil leakage if any (d) Checking & Cleaning centrifugal lub oil fitter

Cooling system :- (a) Checking the coolant in the system (b) Checking the Coolant level and conditions (c) Checking the Coolant leakages and rectification (d) Checking the Belt condition and tension adjusted (e) Checking the Radiator condition and cleanliness (f) Checking the Condition of all hoses and clamps

Fuel system :- (a) Checking the Fuel tank cleanliness (b) Checking the Condition of fuel hoses and leakages (c) Checking the Drain water from water sep for K series (d) Checking the condition of baby filter and glass filter and cleaning of filter

Canopy :- (a) Checking the Condition of canopy locks and hinges (b) Checking the Working of exhaust fan (HA Engine only)

AC Alternator :- (a) Checking the conditions of Alternator and mountings (b) Checking the conditions of Couplings plate and bolt (c) Checking the AVR / main alt connections (d) Checking the Proper earthing condition (e) Checking the Cond of power cable connection & terminals (f) Checking the Conditions of brushes for brush type alt only

General :- (a) Checking of vibration pads and there condition (b) Overall condition of the engine and alternator

Electrical wiring :- (a) Checking the Electrolyte level and terminal condition of Battery (b) Checking the Condition of Battery (c) Checking the Battery voltage in DC (d) Checking the Functioning of charging alternator (e) Checking the Function of external charge (14.1 volt DC) (f) Checking the Functioning of all gauges/meter (g) Checking the Functioning of ESU (HWT, LLOP,LFL) (h) Checking the Earthing connection of Panel (j) Checking the Panel is mounted on AV mounts (k) Checking the AMF module type (l) Checking the Supply to stop solenoid (m) Checking the Auto manual mode operation (n) Checking the all wiring are connected tight (o) Checking the Overall condition of the Panel

General Checks :- (a) Checking the fan belt and adjusting tension (b) Checking the fuel and oil filter asserting its condition (c) Checking the air filter and its oil level cleaning the oil filter. (d) Checking of FIP performance and oil level. (e) Tightening the base bolt and nuts and mounting bolts and nuts. (f) Checking the coupling bolts and adjustment checking the self starter and dynamo. (g) Checking the battery distilled water levels and topping up to the required level. (h) Checking the loose connections if any in the panel board and tightening the same (j) Checking the anti vibration mounting adjusting the bolts. (k) Checking the radiator and radiator hose and arresting leak if any.

Note 1 :- The scope includes all scheduled & periodical maintenance of DG set as per OEM recommendations like KOEL care/Cummins or equivalent. The quoted rates are inclusive of arranging specialised services for breakdown complaints including repairs and overhauls.Replacement of fuel and oil filter and other consumables will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of schedules.The servicing shall be done by authorised service team of KOEL/Cummins or a person having certificate from the OEM. The certificate in respect of preventive maintenance checks done as per prescribed format of OEM duly signed shall be submitted to department as and when required or at least ones in qtr. Note 1: The contractor shall mention mobile number for lodging complaints if any through SMS. The response time for minor complaints shall be max 2 working day and major complaint shall be 4 days. Arrangement of listed spares as per CA is contractor's responsibility and the spares not listed in the tender shall be intimated to department for procurement action. Failing the above the contactor is liable for a penalty of Rs 500/- per complaint on subsequent days after laps of 2 days for minor complaints and 4 days for major complaints.

Note :- (a) Contractor should visit the site before quoting tender and provide skilled labour while executing the job. (b) Proper Scaffolding arrangement is to be made while Dismantling, fixing and painting of exhaust pipe and silencer is included in the quoted rate. (c) Misc items such as replacement of worn out nut, bolts etc required for satisfactory completion of job are deemed to be included in the above cost.

S&F fabricated MS bracket /MS Plates/supports for MS and CI Pipe line, made out of angle iron and flat iron including bolts, nuts, washers and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairs/ servicing to external electric operated oil circulating/priming pump 2 HP for 1000 KVA DG set by replacement of ball bearing 6206 make SKF 2 Nos , replacement of oil pump impeller , oil seals , oil hose connector and connection etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair to self starter of 110 KVA DG 24 volt DC supply by replacement of ball bearing, solonide switch rewinding of Armature etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for servicing / cleaning / repairs of radiator of 160 KVA DG SET by drainig out of water removing radiator hoses removing radiator from engine taking it to repair workshop ,removing of sludge , flusing with antyscaling agent with high pressure pump , straitning of fins using fins straitning comb ,refixing to its original position conecting of hoses refilling of water/ coolent and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for servicing / cleaning / repairs to radiator of 110 KVA DG SET by draining out of water removing radiator hoses removing radiator from engine taking it to repair workshop, removing of top and bottom tanks removing of sludge flushing with anti scaling agent rectification of leakage refixing of top and bottom tanks by welding / soldring straitening of fins using fins straitening comb ,refixing to its original position conecting of hoses refilling of water/ coolant and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for servicing / cleaning / repairs to radiator of 1000 KVA DG SET by draining out of water removing radiator hoses removing radiator from engine taking it to repair workshop, removing of top and bottom tanks removing of sludge flushing with anti scaling agent rectification of leakage refixing of top and bottom tanks by welding / soldring straitening of fins using fins straitening comb ,refixing to its original position conecting of hoses refilling of water/ coolant and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairing and testing of pump centrifugal/mono block upto 5 HP of any make and type including welding work, turning, re-metaling of shaft bush bearing,locking key,air release / pump watering key and other such accessories etc required to make pump functional and testing on load complete all as specified and as directed .NOTE Replacement of bearings or rewinding of motor if required shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for repairs to water circulating condenser unit of for 1000 KVA DG set by disconnecting of both hot and cold water inlet ,outlet pipe lines, opening of both end flanges/covers ,cleaning/ decaling of copper tubes using anti scaling chemical and hand operated cleaning brush of appropriate length and dia as required for the tubes , checking for any leakage after decaling ,removing of leakage copper tube ,welding / brazing of leakage ,refixing of copper tube into condenser ,sealing / brazing of tube with main body , refixing of condenser end covers/flanges including replacement of rubber gaskets ,connection of inlet and outlet pipe lines including replacement of rubber gaskets/packing and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Servicing/Cleaning of FRP cooling towers of 1000 KVA DG Sets by dismantling top cover, fan with fan motor and removing the honey comb frills. Cleaning of base tray , pot strainer etc. servicing of fan motor with greasing refixing the fan & top cover descaling of water circulating system by using scale removing non corrosive chemical supply and fixing new honeycomb frills testing commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge Note: 1:- The rate quoted are deemed to be included for replacement of any damaged / rusted nut bolt washers ,pins ,locking pins , grease, descaling chemical etc 2 :- Major spares as required during the servicing and repairs will be measured and paid separately 3:- The repairs should be done for the motors installed at height of more than 3 mtrs necessary safety measures are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for repair/ cleaning to individual MS diesel storage tank of capacity 500 ltr for DG sets by decaning of diesel ,removing of sludge repairing of leakage by welding, replacement of inlet and outlet pipe connection using GI sockets welding to tank for fixing of GI pipes and level indicating pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair/ cleaning to MS tank of Bulk diesel storage of capacity 10000 ltr at 12 mtr height for DG sets by decaning of diesel ,removing of sludge repairing of leakage by welding, after flushing out with water to avoid caching of fire while welding , replacement of inlet and outlet pipe cnnection using GI sockets welding to tank for fixing of GI pipes , painting of tank from out side with synthetic enamel paint superior quaolity make and colour as approved by Engr in charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs to mechanical level indicating system of bulk diesel tank by replacing inner float ,flexible 2 mm dia GI wire rope upto tank height, rope guiding pulley, level indicator and painting of level markings on outer side of tank etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Checking of alternator exciting system with Authorised mechanic of KOEL/Cummins or a person having certificate from the OEM and checking the complete system including controls and repair /modification / replacement of suitable AVR for existing system complete suitable for 110 KVA alternator old model 1986 vintage all as specified and as directed.

M & L for spray painting of DG Sets/DG Driven pump sets with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer after removing the existing deteriorated paint by scrapping the complete body along with foundation of DG Set/Diesel driven pump sets and filling the cavities with filter and marking of SM/MES No. with black paint up to 160 KVA DG set complete all as directed.

M & L for spray painting of DG Sets/DG Driven pump sets with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer after removing the existing deteriorated paint by scrapping the complete body along with foundation of DG Set/Diesel driven pump sets and filling the cavities with filter and marking of SM/MES No. with black paint for 1000 KVA DG set complete all as directed.

Repairs/overhauling of micro processed based ATS of any make & capacity 600 Amps and replacement of minor items like springs, washers, bolt & nuts and other insulating materials etc and also including calibration and testing of control and protection devices of equipments in the following steps all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (i) Disconnecting and taking out the ATS after taking shut down of the respective panel and check the defects. (ii) Overhauling the ATS by opening all parts and lubricating the moving parts as per the requirement. (iii) Re-assembling the ATS complete, installing to its original position, testing and commissioning theATS for both manual and automatic shifting mechanism for proper functioning of the ATS including replacement of NO/NC auxiliary contacts and no voltage / low voltage coil complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Cost of lubricants or cleaning agent shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (ii) Replacing of defective parts will be measured and paid separately.

Repairs to main DG set panel consisting of replacement of copper bus bar trunking of ratting 2500 amp 3 phase with 100% neutral including replacement of busbar supporting insulators nut bolt MS ducting made out from 1.6 mm thick MS sheet duly supported by angle iron frame with minimum 40x40x4mm size angle complete including cutting ,bending ,welding etc duly painted with one coat of red oxide and two coat of oil paint as per existing colour to match with the main panel complete all as directed by Engr in charge NOTE ;- Contractors are advised to check the site before quoting the rates as the busbar with ducting to be changed in existing main big size combined panel of four Nos DG set

Removing of engine make Cummins Model No NTA 855G2F from site coupled with fire fighting pump after decoupling from pump and shifting to workshop for overhauling and resifting to its original place and recoupling with pump and testing complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling / opening of engine for Overhauling Overhaul the same and reassembling complete including replacement of all defective parts, calibration and testing after repair complete. including replacement of all small parts like nut bolts packing gaskets locking pins sealing washers etc which are not mentioned in the list of major items supply only / repair jobs /machinening works etc to make engine functional without any extra cost NOTE :The major parts / repair jobs /machinening works shall be measured and paid for separately
