Schedule 'A' Section - I

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage thickness incl Nainital pattern as in roof covering complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, ridges etc. fixed all as per manufactures's instructions and fixed with self thread making steel screws of length not less than 50mm and incl dismantling old sheets, complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Same as item No 2.00 above but plain steel sheet as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, ridges, flashing, eaves board valley gutter of any shape, cut to designed shape (Jhhallar) etc and incl dismantling old sheets, complete all as specified.

Dismantling walls or ceiling boards (fibre, plup insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Material and labour for Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of designer tiles(high pressure steam Cured) of 4mm thickness (as per IS:14862) of size 595x595mm and any one of the design ( Cascade or Electra or equivalent) in true horizontal level, suspended on inner locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grms, both side inclusive and black painted groove on all T webs) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32mm made from 0.3mm thick sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main “T” at 600mm C/C to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondly cross “T” of length 600mm and size 15x32mm made of 0.30mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600mm and wall angle 15x20x0.36mm and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including, required cutting / making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing RCC lintel with dash fasteners, GI adjustable rods of 3mm dia with galvanized butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200mm c/c along main “T”, bottom exposed width of 15mm of all “T” sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint and black painted groove at center of size 4mm depth and 4.5 mm width, and Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp , insulation etc) or insulation boards/ slabs any thickness all complete at all heights as per directions of Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for joint free Non Skid glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 400x400x 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) as in floors set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement including provision of screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:4) and incl dismantling old floor tiles with bed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Material and labour for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick on vertical surface of walls set and jointed with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg / Sqm and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and incl dismantling old wall tiles with bed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Material and labour Vitrified Ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished ceramic tiles (coloured/dark shade /double charged/ultrachaged) area of each tile exc. 0.42 sqm but n. exc. 1 sqm as in floors set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement including provision of screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:6) and incl dismantling old floor tiles with bed, complete all as spd & as directed.

All the same as per here-in-above but vitrified tiles of size on vertical surfaces such as skirting and incl. rendering 15mm thick in C.M 1:3 and incl dismantling old floor tiles in vertical surface with bed, complete all as specified & directed
