Before application of PE, surface preparation of flexible pavement surface will be done by scraping & cleaning of all dust, loose particles etc by brushing/brooming and cleaning done by Air compressor. The work will be carry out by manufacturer's applicator's or authorised applicator's complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Water shall be added the ratio as recommended by GE/Engineer-in-Charge based on results obtained by trial patches.
Note 1. PME shall be measured and paid separately.
