Treatiing existing water proofing roof treatment comprising the following specification and as directed :- (a) Surface Treatment: The cleaning and preparation of the substrate to which the Ultron or equivalent system is applied must be carried out thoroughly to leave a sound base for the application. Any laitance present on the surface must be removed mechanically. Grinding the unsound and undulated concrete surface to make it a fairly smooth surface. Surface defects exposed during surface preparation such as shrinkage cracks, minor honey combing, minor damage to joint arises, and etc. Concrete craks & Cavity treatment-The cracks will be treated with grooving with 25-25mm and filling with polymer modified mortar (b) Primer Coat: Providing and applying two component brush/roller applied Solvent based epoxy primer in two coats. (c) Coating Application: Providing and applying two-component brush/roller applied high performance, solvent free Polyurea polyurethane hybrid waterproofing membrane Ultron or equivalent with excellent adhesion, abrasion resistance and durability, based on specially designed advanced polyurea-polyurethane chemistry which forms a uniform, elastic, waterproof, vaporpermeable sealing layer after application and curing forming a seamless cast in situ membrane providing high Mechanical, chemical, thermal, UV and weather resistance properties; Providing and applying high performance hybrid polyurea liquid applied membrane Ultron @ 1.5-1.8 Kg/Sq. Mt. in 2-3 coats. Specific Gravity: >1.2 (IS 101) Solid Content: >78% (IS 101) Brookefield Viscosity : 2370 CP (ASTM D 4402) Elongation at break: 600 ± 50% (ASTM D 2370) Tensile strength: 12.6 N /mm2 (ASTM D 2370) Hardness according to SHORE A: 80 (ASTM D 2240) Hardness according to SHORE D: 30 (ASTM D 2240) Adhesive Bond Strength: >3 MPA (ASTM D 4541) Skid Resistance: 45 (ASTM E 274) Crack Bridging Ability: 4.5 mm (ASNZ 4548) Q-UV test for Weathering: >2000 Hours (ASTM G 154) (d) Providing and laying geotextile membrane of 100 GSM laid on top of the waterproofing coating of Smartcare Ultron as a separation layer between the waterproofing treatment and the screed concrete. (e) Providing and laying screed of M20 grade concrete tadmixed with integral waterproofing compound Smartcare Vitalia Neo with a dosage of 200ml per 50kg bag of cement, laid to proper slope of 1:100. Avg thickness of screed 35-40mm Make: Dr. FIXIT/Fosroc/SIKA/HINDCON/REDWOP Chemicals/Asian Paints Note :- Work to be executee by Authorized Applicator of above manufacturer.

M&L for structural repairs comprises the following specificatons and all as specified :- (i)Dismantling and stripping the damaged concrete of entire Parapet wall , Fascia ,Projectionetc by light chiseling & other manual methods until sound concrete surfaces comes up. Any trace of loose plaster, oil, grease, and funguses if any or other materials that might affect adhesion are to be removed by wire brushing. The entire exposed surface shall then be washed thoroughly with Clean water and then allowed to dry. (ii) Exposing the corroded reinforcement completely along its full circumference, cleaned to remove all loose scale and corrosion deposit applying rust removing chemical followed by removing the rust by sand paper and cleaning the area thoroughly by water and allow it to dry. (iii)Supply and Application of New TMT bars of approved Brand of requisite diameter by electro welding of both the sides with the existing bar to required size and shape at the portion where the existing reinforcement has lost half of its sectional area as required. (iv) Supply and Application of Epoxy Zinc Rich primer on the Prepared Reinforced surface after electro welding of it’s sectional area by brush , the primer should have a minimum specific gravity 1.75. Minimum Wet film thickness /coat 100 microns & Dry film thickness / coat 40 microns. Minimum Adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.5 N/mm2 (v) M & L formwork of smooth finish surfaces of Fascia, Parapet Wall incl. fixing and striking out after pouring of concrete at all levels with necessary Bamboo staging. (vi)Supply and Apply non shrink highly consistent light weight high grade polymer modified repair mortar for vertical and over head cementitious patch work mortar system where local spelling has taken place or shuttering is not possible. The mortar can be applied from a minimum 5mm to 50mm thickness in vertical and overhead applications. The mortar should have a minimum compressive strength 35 N/mm2 in 7 days and 45 N/mm2 in 45 days. Minimum flexural strength should be 6.5 N/mm2 in 28days. (vii)Supply and Apply, covering plaster 10mm thick with mixing ratio 1- 4 Cement / Sand, adding adhesives butadiene styrene emulsion, for smooth finishing on Internal Roof / Fascia / Chhaja / Parapet Wall after Application of patch work micro concrete mortar. (viii)M&L APPLYING curing compound over cement plaster as curing, complete as per manufacturer’s instruction and as directed by EIC. (Make : Dr. Fixit / Fosroc /SIKA / REDWOP/HINDCON) Note :- Work to be executee by Authorized Applicator of above manufacturer.
