Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring of any type of batten or conduit (Light, Fan, Socket or power) complete removing material from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, roofs etc including two coats of white/colour washing/ distempering etc to match the existing complete all as directed.

Taking down carefully copper / aluminium sub main wiring including teak wood batten / conduit and making good the disturbed surface of walls as directed.

M & L point wiring with 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts FRLS grade, stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed copper conductor cable drawn through PVC concealed conduit of suitable size, complete with all PVC conduit accessories/ fittings, brass screws, washers etc, including metal flux boxes of suitable size and modular white plate with frame for mounting modular switches, sockets and regulators etc, including all cutting/chases etc in walls and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated copper conductor cable, unsheathed and connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for One light point/fan point controlled by one switch.

Description all as per item No 03 above but one light point controlled by 2 way switch.

Description all as per item No 03 above but for One 3 pin, 05 /06 Amps socket outlet point on same board controlled by one , one way 05/06 Amps switch

All as per Srl Item No. 3 here-in-before , but with 2.5 Sqmm cable and 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor as earth wire for 3 pin, 15 Amps socket outlet complete ( Socket /Switch to be measured and paid for separately).

All as per item No.04 above but wiring complete with 4 Sqmm cable for AC point

Supply & fixing modular switch 06 Amps 1 module complete all as specified & directed

S & F modular socket 06/16 Amps 2/3 pin combined 2 module complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing bell push modular type 6 Amps complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing modular switch2 way , 06 Amps 1 module complete all as specified & directed

Supply and draw in conduit sub main wiring with 2 run of 6 sqmm PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor drawn into concealed conduit complete all as specified and FRLS PVC insulated copper wire 1x6 Sqmm for continuous earth wire. (Note :- 2 runs of 6 sqmm single cable and one run of 6 sqmm earth wire cable shall be considered as one unit/1RM

All as Srl item No. 16 but two single core 4 Sqmm and 4 Sqmm for earth continuous earth wire.

Supply and fix LED bulb with holder PVC insulated body with back plate for batten fittings 9 watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair ceiling rose suarface bakelite three terminals 65x50mm complete all as specified.

S & F in repair electronic fan regulator modular type, 2 module, 120W including complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old u/s T5 28Watts light fitting, S&F LED PC batten light fitting of 4 feet 20 watt, with energy efficient LED and integrated electronic driver of 20W fitting including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor upto ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed. Make : Bajaj /CG/Philips/Havells

Taking down old unserviceable 1x14W light fitting, S&F LED PC batten light fitting of 2 feet 10 watt, with energy efficient LED and integrated electronic driver of 10W fitting including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor upto ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed. Make : Bajaj /CG/Philips/Havells

S & F in replacement Door bell AC, 230 volts, single pole in replacement of old u/s bell/ buzzer complete.

S&F in replacement single pole and neutrla enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket including 1Nos MCB 20Amps capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
