Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

M&L for Test point terminal block in repairs as made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified & directed.

M&L in repairs for earth result marker board of MS sheet 3.15 mm thick with suitable board size of MS flat of 30 X 20cm and 1.2 mtr long and 1 mtr above ground level after proper grouting in ground with suitable PCC work and painting with suitable colour all as directed. Note:- Legend to be used for Shapes, size and colour of paint as per existing nature of earthing or complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs air termination single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long with fixing socket including dismantling old one complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Air termination copper rod 12 mm dia, 1.00 mtr long single point including base plate and dismantling old one complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out and removing earth strip any size any description complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs galvanized iron strip of size 25 x 4 mm as earth continuity conductor buried in ground or fixed to wall/floor/ground provided with porcelain insulators space no less than 0.5 mtrs complete all as specified & directed.

All as item No 6.00 here-in-before but of size 32 mm x 6 mm complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, fixing and brazing in replacement of Earth continuity conductor with adequate size insulator fixed to wall on batten or recess or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32mm x 6mm copper strip complete all as specified & directed.

All as item No. 08.00 here-in-before but of size 20 mm x 3.15 mm complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for electric Welding of existing GI strip of any size, any height (on roof/ on wall) at various places complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Brazing of existing copper strip of any size, any height (on roof/ on wall) at various places complete all as specified & directed.

Improvement to chemical earthing with supply & fixing in repairs of earthing improving Black fill compound (Electrodite) of 25 Kgs bag for improving earthing result by excavation till middle of the earthing electrode and filled with Black Fill Compound (Electrodite) for any type of earth electrode and making earth strip connection good as per the existing one before the excavation and finally testing & recording the results complete as per site requirement and complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for testing of eathing pits any type, duly disconnecting by test point and other loops. The test shall be carried out using ISI marked digital/Analog earth of reputed make. Test result shall be marked on earth value indicators at site and enterd in a Earth Testing register and testing procedure followed as per EAC letter No. EAC/2979/220/Wks dt 07 Aug 2025.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, earthing pit etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified & directed.

Removal of excavated material [soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M&L in repairs for 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade ISI marked for earth strip protection/ for lightening arrester with all fixing accessories for copper strip such as, Nut bolts and washers insulator with necessary brick work for fixing GI pipe complete all as specified & directed.

M&L in repairs for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 3.15mm thickness burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and incl copper strip 20 x 3mm by means of nuts & bolts, check nuts and washers of brass incl PCC pit of 1:2:4 type B-1, cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle,earth pit angle iron frame of size 25 x 25 x 3mm, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal dust, salt, light grade GI watering pipe 20mm dia with funnel and wire -mesh and medium grade GI protection pipe of 40mm bore from top edge of earth plate upto main distribution board complete all to as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES SSR Part I 2009 connected board all as specified and testing on completion. Note:- (i) The earth resistance should be less than one ohms and GI protection pipe and earth lead more than 7.5 RM shall be measure and paid separately. (ii) Test certificate shall be produced by contractor with user representative signature.

All as per item No. 19.00 above here-in-after but using 32 x 6 mm thick copper strip complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for safe earthing electrode (SEE) designed with pipe technology with hot deep Zinc coated & Alloy coated (80 – 100) microns MS pipe size of outer pipe 76.3 mm dia and inner pipe 41.9 mm, 3 mtr long inside filled with ) crystalline conductive mixture (CCM) having non corrosive and conductive properties complete with two bag of Black filled compound (Electrodite) mixed with soil all around the earth pipe for smooth charge dissipation complete with PCC earth pit made in cement mortar of 1:2:4 type B-1 with 20mm graded aggregate of size 450 x 450 x 450 mm with RCC pit cover. Note:- (i) The earth resistance should be less than one ohms and GI protection pipe and earth lead more than 7.5 RM shall be measure and paid separately. (ii) Test certificate shall be procduced by contractor with user representative signature.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.0 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32mm x 6mm thick by means of bolts nuts,check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-5 of SSR part-1 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including PCC pit in PCC (1:3:6) type CI cast iron frame 50mm thick pre cast RCC (1:1 ½ :3) nominal mix cover slab reinforced with 8mm dia mild steel bar including necessary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc 50mtr and funnel with watering pipe wire mesh GI protection pipe 40mm bore including testing complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No. 22.00 above here-in-after but using 25 x 4 mm thick GI strip complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs porcelain ridge insulator of size 75 x 35 x 40mm with 01 No. GI blot of 65mm dia and 40mm long including nut & washer and 02 nos GI bolt of 10mm dia and 50mm long including nut & washer for holding/fixing copper/GI / Aluminium strip on roof/ wall complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for GI funnel and wire mesh for earth pits complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar of (1:2:4) type B-1 with 20mm graded aggregate, suitable for PCC pit for any type of earthing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) and similar articles with plain faces etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4, (Type B-1 (1:2:4) with 20mm graded aggregate), suitable for RCC earth pit cover reinforced with XPM, weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Precast cement concrete item shall be reinforced, where indicated and reinforcement shall be measured separately.

M&L for mild steel round bars 6mm to 8mm dia of Gd.I, IS-432 (Part I) or Fe-410-W, Gde E-250 quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde E-165) and cut over to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for RCC earth pit cover reinforced and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as per site requirement.
