Heating arrangements for Operators room at SCCR Kupwara by way of Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electric Hamam of size ( 17'x12'), including heating elements/cables laid at 80–90 mm spacing conforming to relevant Indian Standards, complete with 4 Nos. sensor-based modular thermostats, 6 mm XLPE insulation with silver foil, and all necessary raw materials, accessories and fittings. The item shall also include Providing,laying and proper fixing/embedding of the heating system, including cement concrete over and around the heating elements/cables, levelling, finishing, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects. The complete electric Hamam system, including heating elements/cables, thermostats, controls, accessories and associated components, shall be covered for a minimum comprehensive warranty of 15 years against manufacturing defects and failure under normal operating conditions.Also the firm shall provide duly signed testing certificates along with the original warranty certificate for the complete system at the time of completion. Note:- Warranty Card shall be issued in favour of the Assistant Executive Engineer Mechanical and Hospitals Sub-Division Ist Handwara.
