Note : Prior to commencement of the subject works, the contractor needs to submit valid Electrical Liscence in the name of himself/themself or Aggrement with agency having valid Electrical Liscence alongwith Agency's Electrical Liscense to the Accepting Officer for his approval through GE. In absence of such documents, no work will be executed at site and to be treated as defaulter on the Contrctor's part . In addition, Supervisor for execution of electrical works employed by the Contractor shall posses Supervisory Certificate of competancy issued by concerned State Govt/Union Territory and the Worker/Tradesman for execution of Electrical Works must hold necessary permit issued by concerned State Govt/Union Territory.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out/laying of under ground cables/pipes etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out and in hard/dence soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc.25cm thick after laying and testing of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) n.exc.50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc.1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing sand cushioning with a layer of clean, dry, fine sand for protection of electric cable laid in trenches/ducts, punned down to desired thickness complete all as specified and directed. (Note: For payment purposes only punned down thickness of sand shall be measured )

Supply & laying brick, common burnt clay, sub-class 'B' of class designation 75 kg/sq.cm in cable cover for protection of underground cable complete all as specified & directed.

Supply laying or Fixing or Passing through Pipe, XLPE insulated, Armoured, Electric Power UG Cable (Heavy Duty) with Aluminium Conductor, 11000 Volt Grade (Earth), Nominal Cross-Sectional Area 50 sqmm 3 core and Testing, including Brass Compression Cable Gland, Terminal Lugs, etc. complete all as specified and as directed including Taking down/out unserviceable UG Cables and Connections including Bricks, GI Pipes, etc. of any descriptions, laid in Trenches and/or fixing with Walls/Poles including Segregating of Serviceable Materials viz Bricks, Cables, GI Pipes, etc. and keep in Safe custody for re-use/deposited to store, complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Earth Work shall be Measured and Paid for separately under relevant Items). .

M&L 10 cm dia, 8 mm thick cast iron cable route indicator, HT in round shape to 45 cm long angle iron of sixe 25x25x4mm complete embedded in PCC 1:3:6, type C-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block of size 250 x 250 x 250mm, duly marked/engraved HT CABLE 11 KV of circular cast iron plate including painting in blue colour, necessary excavation & earth work in soft/loose soi complete all as specified and as directed.
