Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Random rubble masonary with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 garded stone aggreate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement Motor 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars :including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : in cement mortar 1:4 including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

P/F 6 mm thick porcelain and mosiac tiles laid over cement adhesive mixture 10mm thick for ornamental works inc carriage of material in all leads and lift and others incidentail as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying mat finished Simploo out door Natural Colour tiles 16 mm thick in floor with different size (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved brand & Manufacture, in all colours & shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS :15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting the joint (Payment for grouting of joints to be made Separately). Samploo Tile 600x1200 mm inc carriage of material in all leads and lift and others incidentail as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing Garsa stone/Kullu Natural Stone 10 to 12mm thick (Standard size) cladding on R.C.C. / masonary surface walls etc. on base of 12mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1cement: 3sand) and jointed with cement slurry i/c scaffolding etc. complete upto all floor levels including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

P/F RCC ornamental flowerpot including angle section steel frame of size (1200×500×40) metre complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
