PROCUREMENT OF INHIBITED MINERAL INSULATING OIL

The Railways reserves the right to order entire or bulk quantity from firms having satisfactory past performance for same or similar items as per clause no. 16.4 of General Tender Conditions of Eastern Railway Stores Department, available in IREPS website. Similar item defined as followed OIl of IS: 335:2018 and Railway's Requirement as per RDSO L/No. : TI/PSI/INSOIL/POLICY/19 dated 26.07.2019. OR any Insulating oil used in Transformer and Switch Gear of Locos.

Keeping in view with the Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) order 2017 as amended time to time, will be applicable as per clause No.28.0 of Eastern Railway General Tender Condition (GTC), as same is applicable for the tender. This tendered item is restricted to be procured from 'Class I local supplier', as defined in para 28.1.1 and the vendors who do not qualify to be Class-I Local Suppliers should not quote in the tender as their offers shall not be considered for any ordering. In case any vendor who does not qualify to be a Class-I Local Suppliers for the tendered item participates in the tender it does so at its own risk and cost and Railways shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the vendor.

Please go through the clause No .8.0 for deposition of Earnest Money and 9.0 for Security Deposit (SD) as indicated in Instruction to Tenderer for E. Tender of current General Tender Conditions of ER. All vendors exempted from EMD as per clause 8.1.0 of GTC of ER shall be required to submit a bid securing declaration given as ANNEXURE 3.7 in General Tender Conditions of ER.

If you are not a MSE or a consortia of MSEs formed by NSIC, please indicate percentage of sub contracts in execution of this tender that will be from Micro and Small Enterprise(in percent of order value ) with further breakup of MSE owned by SC/ST. (Information will be provided in % terms with 6 fileds; Micro owned by SC, Micro owned by ST, Micro owned by Others, Small industry owned by SC, Small industry owned by ST, Small industry owned by Others).
