Demolition of brick masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars complete all as specified & directed

Brick work using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 2 herein before but except brick (using old serviceable bricks obtained from ser item No 1 here-in-above) complete all as specified and directed

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks , straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Dubbing out average 15mm thick cement plaster (1:4) using chicken on irregular faces of walls/RCC surfaces (Roof, Chajja, Facia etc) complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to RCC sunshades, chajjas, balconies, coloumns, bands, beams and similar RCC work at any position / height by dismantling loose / disintegrated portion including necessary scafolding and safety arrangements and fixing of reinforcement (cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips)/ chicken wire mesh wherever required and dubbing out with cement concrete 1:1.5:3, 15mm to 50mm thick, using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished the required shape including provision of necessary scaffolding and formwork up to four storey bldg if required and finished with 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Reinforcement and GI wire netting required will be measured and paid separately under respective items)

Supply only chicken wire mesh of size 12.5mm x 1mm complete all as specfied and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified.

15mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick wall or on cocnrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing necessary scaffolding , safety precautions and other requisite arrangements all as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed.
