6 mm. thick plaster with 1:3 cement & coarse sand including labour, materials & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement & six part of coarse sand(1:6),minimum thickness not to be less then 10 mm including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.

12 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 with cement mortar on rough surface of brick walls consisting of 1 part cement 6 part approved coarse sand including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work..

Applying Birla or equivalent putty on new interior or exterior surface over one coat of water based cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothening and levelling of the surface as per requirement and direction of Engineer I/C including cost of all material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of work.

Applying BIRLA PUTTY or equivalent putty on previousaly birla putty smoothen surface over one cost of water base cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothining and leveling of the surface as per requirement and direction of E/I including cost of all material , labour and T&P required for proper completion of work

Painting two coat with Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint (Paint and water in the ratio 1:1 by volume) over prepared and primed surface of cement concrete, cement plaster and bricks including all labour, material and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, (preparation of base with Birla putty etc. and a coating of primer shall be paid extra) .

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers(Asian,cico,durable or equivalent Brand as approved by E/I) having sun reflectivity index(SRI)of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/10 sqm , one coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1)and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid(dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes,complete in all respect as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge with 7 years warranty .

Supply and mixing approved water proofing compound (CICO,DR FIXIT etc) in cement mortar in plaster or concrete work in the proportion as recommended by the manufacturer.

3 mm thick floating coat of neat cement finish including supply of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.( cement consumtion 0.044 bag/Sq.m.)

Painting or varnishing new iron work in small areas or new wood work with Two coat of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint "Luxol" or equivalent brand or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should conform to the I.S. 103-1950.

Cement concrete with 2 cm. gauge approved hard stone ballast, coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) & cement in proportion 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, side shuttering if required and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Half brick thick (115mm) wall with 1st class brick (class 150) in 1:4 cement & coarse sand(F.M.1.8 to 2.5) mortar in super structure I/C supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Wiring point for plug with 1.5 sq. mm. FR. PVC insulated multistrand single core core copper conductor cable in P.V.C. conduit concealed in the wall, complete with 14 SWG copper earth continuity wire, piano type switch and socket etc. complete in all respects including matching colour wash.
