Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve and desired density. For grading –I material
Providing , laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and booming requisite type of screening/ binding material to filled up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the reqd. density.
Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600:1, cement concrete not to be less than 150kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during the trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to the site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller,(finishing & curing).
Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed with Recron 3s fibre of reliance Industries Ltd. Or its equivalent @ 0.125 kg per bag of cement mixed in a batching & mixing plant as per approved mixed design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joins, joint filler, separation membrane, sealent primer, sealent joint, debonding strips dowel bar, tie rod, admixture as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing as directed by the Department complete at all levels.
Demolishing brickwork including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials as directed for all levels
Earth work in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, footings of columns ,steps and septic tank etc. including refilling the quantity as necessary after completing of works etc. bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified. (d) In hard soil.
Providing soling in foundation and under floor at all level with stone/ best quality picked jhama bricks, sand and packed and laid to level etc complete . Brick flat soling
Providing and laying plain cement concrete with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32 mm in foundation bed for footing steps, wall, brick works etc as directed including dewatering if necessary, and curing. In prop. 1cement :3sand :6 coarse aggregate by volume
Providing and laying plain / reinforced cement concrete works in prop. 1:1.5:3 ( 1cement: 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate, 20 mm down) including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work ( form work and reinforcement will be measured and paid separately) (A) In substructure up to plinth level.
Providing form work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centering , strutting , and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0 m and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work. (c) Vertical surface such as walls (any thickness), parapet walls, partitions, walls of septic tank, inspection pit and the like including attached pilasters, ulvert er, plinth and string courses and the like. (i) Using 38 mm thick plank.
Providing form work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centering , strutting , and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0 m and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work. (e) Flat Surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings, ulvert er slabs, chajjas, balconies and the like. (i) Using 38 mm thick plank.
Providing form work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0M and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in: 3.1.1.1 Foundation, footings, bases of columns, pile cap, raft and mass concrete works etc. (a) Using 38mm thick plank
Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevant I.S. Code for R.C.C. work/ R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete. b) Other ISI approved TMT reinforcement bar (SAI/BISCON/THERMAX)
