Dismantling tiled roofing with battens, boarding etc. complete including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead

Dismantling wooden ballies in posts and struts including stacking within 50metres lead.

Dismantling wooden boardings in lining of walls and partitions, excluding supporting members but including stacking within 50 metres lead :Thickness above 25 mm up to 40 mm

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-incharge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved

Fxing on roof pressed clay tile (Mangalore tile) of 20 mm nominal thickness and of approved size and as per approved pattern on steel frame work complete (steel frame work to be paid separately).

Laying on roof pressed clay tile ridge (Mangalore tile) of 20mm thickness and of approved pattern on steel frame work complete (steel frame work to be paid separately).

Design, supply, fabrication, taransportion and erection of structural steel/mild steel built-up sections for steel building in column, rafter, truss, floor joist, wind bracings, tie beam, foundation bolts, fasteners etc. Including two coats ofEpoxy paint and one coat of primer. Welding shall be in full depth on both sides of the plate adopting relevant I.S CodeSteel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth i/c all cost of material, labour and scaffold etc in all position complete. Note : Putty shall be applied only on the internal walls, for application on the exterior walls prior permission of APD/Chief Engineer will be required.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Wall painting by any mechanical or manual means with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc. upto floor two level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing M 20 – Grade concrete

Dismantling concrete work.in wall coping/ wall plate at roof junctions of wall and rafters, below rafters, eaves junctions, ridge junctions etc.,complete including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead

Repair to wodden battens, Tie beams, and purlins at roof level including making necessary joints, providing and fixing required wood for replacing, reinforcement strip, screws etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by EIC etc., complete.

Finishing walls by any mechanical or manual means with water proofing cement paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineerin-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 crushed stone sand).

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m²

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm over all width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m²

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm + 0.05 % total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120gsm as per IS: 277 in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15- 18 microns using self-drilling/ self- tapping screws complete : Gutter. (600 mm over all girth)
