Following works including providing of materials are to be carried out for Supply, Installation & Commissioning of outdoor periphery Street lighting at 132 kV Substation, Jehta,Lucknow including carriage of materials with all cost of men, materials, suitable vehicle, T&P etc. as per direction of superivising Engineer.

Periphery & Road Lighting

Providing, erection & grouting of M.S Round Pole of 'B' Class 9.0 metre long M.S Pipe (114.3 mm x 4.5 mm x 5.0 m + 88.9 mm x 3.65 mm x 2.0 m + 76.1 mm x 3.25 m x 2.0 m) with Base Plate by grouting of the same using C.C. mixture of ratio 1:4:8 with cement , coarse sand and 40 mm stone ballast in the size of 450 mmx 450 mm x 1900 mm plinth and plastering 300 mm length of conrete above groud including excavation, back filling, curing etc. including earthing of pole with MS electrode.

Providing of lighting junction Box of size 280x225x150 mm made of 16 SWG M.S. B.P. sheet and painted with smoke Grey Colour Synthetic Enamel Paint duly fitted with 01 no. 6 Amp SP MCB on anodized M.S. channel, 01 no. of Bakelite Fuse Fitting with 6 Amp NS type HRC Fuse, 01 no. Copper Neutral Link, Bakelite Terminal strip of 04 Terminals, Cable Glands suitable for 2C/4C x2.5 sq. mm size Including Incoming/ Outgoing Cables etc & fixing on the round poles at designated height with the helo of suitable duly fabricated M.S. bracket clamps and due earthng of the junction box including cable termination.

Providing & grouting of G.I. pipe duly made of 54 mm 'B'class 2.5 M long pipe & bent at the one end by quarter circle in 0.5M through conrete plinth of M.S. round pole for safe entery of cable in junction box duty installed on M.S. round pole.

Providing & fixing of G.I. pole bracket 54 mm dia 'B' Class 1.20 metre long Pipe bent at an angle of 30 degrees for fixing of 150 W LED lamp fiting with help of M.S. bracket Clamps of suitable size of round poles.

Providing & fixing of 150 Watt LED Street Light luminaries of Phillips / Crompton Greaves/Bajaj/Havells make in single piece die cast aluminium alloy housing with Pot optics reflector & toughened clear glass cover with frame for lamp compartment including cable termination.

Painting of M.S. round pole with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of zinc rich aluminium paint of 1st quality of Asian/nerolac/burger.

Making 03 No. Strips of 50 mm width at the height of 450 mm from the Plinth with P.O. Red colour in bottom & top and and White Colour in middle on each M.S. Round Pole and making 150 mm dia circle and writing the number of pole in the circle.

Lighting on control room building and Store

Supply of 250 Watt Flood Lights Luminaries Fitings of Philips/Crompton Greaves/Havells make in Single pieces Die cast Aluminium Alloy Housing with Pot Optics Reflector & Toughened clear glass cover with frame for Lamp compartment including cable terminations.

Cable laying and Terminations

Providing & installation of 3 phase LT AC supply cubical of size 1200mm x600mm x300 mm with hinged door and painted with smoke grey colour synthetic enamel paint duly fitted with 03 nos. of 100 Amp. knife type HRC fuse link assembly with HRC fuse, 1 no. 100 Am copper neutral link, 04 nos. 100 Amp. maximum Bus Bar (3PH_N), 05 no. 32 Amp, TPN MCB, 6 nos 40 Amp, DP MCB, 40 no Link box type terminal block, cable glands & complete with internal wiring etc on M.S angle frame structure which duly grouted in the ground by due concreting.

Laying of following sizes of PVC insulated copper cable from LT ACDB cubical to various junction boxes for switchyard lighting through excavated trench of size 300 x 600 mm covering the cables with ganga sand and brick lining over it and back filling & levelling of the trench after the laying of the cable(cable shall be provided by the department)

(a) 4C x 2.5 sqmm

(b) 2C x 2.5 sqmm

Laying of control cable between junction box and LED light fitting through MS pole/GI Structure including necessary fixing of cable on GI structure(cable shall be provided by the department)

Providing and Fixing of Cable Marker duly made of Cast Iron

Laying of following size aluminium power cable from ACDB cubicle in cotrol room to AC distribution box from switchyard lighting through cable trench and excavated trench of size 300x600 mm covering the cable with Ganga sand and brick lining over it and back filling & levelling of the trench after the laying of the cable( power cable shall be provided by the department)

Safe Loading, Carriage of various size of control and power cables from various substations in Lucknow and Unloading at 132 kV S/s Jehta storage place as per direction of Supervising Engineer including cost of Hydra, Carriage vehicle, Men, Misc. consumables, T&P, making coil of cables before loading etc. required for satisfactory completion of Job.(01 Job for all items)
