Maintenance & complete overhauling of 33 KV SF6 Breaker & Remote Control Panel including dismantiling of operating mechanism parts well cleaning with petrol and replacing minor parts, ressembing of parts including well cleaning and complete panel board and main bus bar, de- carbonizing all joints bus bar CT, PT , Spouts metal parts and making breaker prefect operation in manual and electric mode including all routine and preventive including compete Calibration of 33 KV Transformer control and relay panel complete such as ANN-annunciator, Master trip relay, Aux external trip relay, Trip CKT supervision relay, overcurrent & earth fault relay, auxillary relays etc and setting as per site conditions and manufacturer's instruction by applying AC/DC to voltage coil unit and measuring the time taken by relay to have trip command etc including replacement of old/burnt wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of minor spare parts deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Power factor of any phase is less than 0.85 with value of active factor . Any deviation from benchmark value of active power apparent power and reactive power . Incoming power supply not available. Ability to suppress the alert during specified time period in a day. Note SMS to user should be strictly through Central Server (CS) and No user shall be able to recevie SMS directly from the Intelligent Field Device due to security concerns. SMS must be delivered to client up to 05 years from date of instalation Key Technology creteria . The system should be accessible anywhere through web but with a secured password protection and no software or hardware required to be installation for viewing the data on web .The software and server should be maintained by the contractor, without cost implication and there should not be any requirment of deploying IT hardware and software . The web application shall be hosted on Tier-III certified data center

Note for item No 2.00 to 7.00 :- (i) The entire work shall be executed by OEM only approved by Accepting Officer. (ii) The contractor shall be submitted original purchase vouchers, test certificate and guarantee certificate from OEM for scrutinized/approval of GE(I)/Engr-in-Charge before execution/installation of item at site. (iii) The contractor shall also be furnished written guarantee on his letter pad to the GE(I) after completion of work. The contractor shall also be ensured post audit of work from MES enlisted Energy Auditor and completion of work will only be issued after above audit. (iv) The rates for the above requirements shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rates and no extra claim will be entertained.
