Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead Of area beyond 3 sq. metres DRS - 15.12.2

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). DSR- 4.1.8

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete DSR- 10.2

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to 1S: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : With F.P.S.(non modular) bricks . DSR- 6.3.1

12 mm thick plaster on brick work minimum thickness not less than 10 mm with in 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). DSR- 13.4.1

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to 1.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. DSR Item N0. 11.46.2

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. DSR- 13.80

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: 13.46.1New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm DSR No. 15.23.1

Providing and fixing 15 mm thick false ceiling tiles at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity < 0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991,in true horizontal level on the existing frame work consisting of T-sections and Lsections suitably fixed according to tile size as per direction of Engineer-in-charge DSR- 26.25

Casement door double panel with French (False) Mullion with zinc alloy (zamak) 3D hinges, multi-point locking system with cylinder, zinc alloy (zamak) powder coated handles on both sides. Using R3 series with frame (55 mm & above) x (50 mm & above) & sash (55 mm & above) x (85 mm & above) & French (False) mullion (55 mm & above) x (60 mm & above). (Height upto 2.5 metre) 9.147.F2.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering All work up to plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) DSR Item No.- 4.1.2

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and fixing in position wall panels of Deodar PVC 10 cm. Wide strips and of 12mm thickness and 10mm groves over a frame including all cost of material t&p etc all complete.(As per market rate)
