Dismantling of Multistage Centrifugal pump set with required valves & fittings, base plate including return to store or as directed by department.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Multi Stage Centrifugal pump set which should be identical in dimension with existing pump suitable for one to one replacement matching with existing base plate dimensions Pump having capacity suitable for 190 meter head & flow Capacity of 96 M³/hr as per detail specifications, complete with suitable 415V, Motor (Minimum. 90KW/1450 RPM) as per existing rating, coupling etc complete.Scope includes dismantling of existing cable end termination and fixing same on new motor. Casing shall be of CI, Pump impeller (Bronze), Shaft shall be of EN8.(Note :- Pumps should be identical and interchangeable to existing 6 stage pump installed in pump house to fit on new baseplate on existing foundation, bidder should visit site to check existing pump model, make /HP dimensions etc if Supplied pump is not identical to existing pump same shall not be accepted and will be returned to supplier)

Butterfly Valve- Supply & Installation of Manually operated DI D/F Butterfly valves of approved make (IS: 14846 amended up to date ) of PN 2.0 rating (minimum)of 150 mm dia or of dia of delivery of pumps as per Technical requirement Complete.

Non-Return Valve- Supply & Installation of Dual plate check valves as per API:594 and API.598 of PN 2.0 rating (minimum) of 150 dia or of dia of delivery of pumps complete as per technical specification

Expansion Bellows: Supply & Installation of Stainless steel AISI 304 Expansion bellows of PN 2.0 rating(minimum) with tie rods as per technical specifications to be installed on delivery outlet pumps.

MS Pipe fitting & specials (including companion flanges, gasket & nut+bolt set) as per IS Standard with gasket & Nut+bolts set ( This item will be executed only If required as per site condition and payment for same will be made as per actual quantity use

Supply of XLPE insulated FRLS heavy duty power cable conforming IS-7098 (Part-1) 1988, 1100 Volt grade,2/3/4/8/10/12 core ISI marked with copper stranded/solid conductor.120 sq. mm 3.5 core .
