Demolation of cement concrete (PQC) slab of any descrption (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 30cm thickness (below or above ground level) as in dispersal runway/Taxi track without distrubring the adjacent side slabs by cutting with mechanically operated diamond cutter or any other source and removing the rubbish outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.50 mtr in depth for foundation for drain etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.50 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr - In - Charge

Material and Lablur Cement conrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Material & Labour for RCC M-30 (Design mix )as in precast cover slab of drain including necessary form work complete all specified and directed by by Engineer-in -Charge.

Material & Labour for RCC M-30 (Design mix) as in side wall and base of RCC drain complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Material & Labour for form work to side of concrete fair finished flat surface foundation, side wall and base of RCC drain complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Material and Labour for 150mm compacted thickness Granular Sub base Broken stone of gauge not exceeding 63mm and deposited levelled and spread in layer not exceeding 15cm thick, watering and well rammed to a true surface complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Material and labour for WMM 200mm thick (compacted thickness ) using granite or basalt of grading of size (63 to 40mm) 2 or 3 spread in two layers of 100mm thick each watered and well rammed to a true camber using power roller 8 to 12 tonne. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : For measurement and payment purpose 200mm thickness shall be considered.

Material and Labour for 10mm thick sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for polythene film 400 micron thick HDPE sheet as per IS-2508 laid over sand layer including cutting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Side lap of 150 mm and end lap of 200 mm shall be provided wherever required .The rate quoted shall be deemed included for the laps nothing extra shall be payable

Material and labour for 250mm thick pavement quality concrete in pavements and flooring of min flexural strength 45 Kg/Sq cm using minimum cement 400 Kg/Cum and as per design mix using non synthetic circular fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% by wt of cement as per manufacturer instructions to be laid using vibratory rollers, surface vibrators, vibrating screed & needle vibrators laid to slope to match with existing surrounding slab including bull nosing of the edging of slab along the joints and finishing the surface by battens and brooming inclduing necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note : Rate of non synthetic circular fibre deemed included in quoted rate

Material and labour for forming construction joints 10mm wide, 25mm deep and filling with Polyurethene sealant compound and minimum movement accomodation Factor (MAF) + or -30% conforming to the requirement of BS:5212, BS-4252 and EN-141875-2003 for Hydrolysis/water resistance test inclduing two coats of primer and providing 12mm dia approved quality closed cell polythene back up rod, masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental slippage of sealent on top surfaces and to give a net finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of polyurethene/polysulphide joint sealant and primer :M/S FOSROC Chemicals(India)Ltd, M/S ROFFE Construction chemical Pvt Ltd, M/S STP Ltd, M/S CICO Technologies Ltd, M/S Choksey Chemicals P Ltd, M/S Maruti BitumenPvt Ltd.

Material and labour for forming dummy joints (using diamond cutter) 8mm wide, 85mm deep and filling with Polyurethene joint sealant compound using mechanical means to a minimum depth of 10mm (depth minimum above the back up rod) and minimum movement accomodation Factor (MAF) + or -30% conforming to the requirement of BS:5212, BS-4252 and EN-141875-2003 for Hydrolysis/water resistance test including two coats of primer and providing 10mm dia approved quality closed cell polythene back up rod over polymer board in position and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental slippage on sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant and removing the making tape after sealant is applied as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F high strength deformed TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut of length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending for drain , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returing, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well eamming in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material out side the defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
