Dismantling/ Taking down 05 Nos existing HT breakers from old 22 KV sub station technical area NMRL Ambernath including removal of all HT connection from breakers/ transformers with saftey and depositing to all HT breakers and other connected assessories to MES store by transport with required manpower complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling/ Taking down 01 Nos existing APFC panel from old 22 KV sub station technical area NMRL Ambernath including removal of all electrical connection from breakers with saftey and depositing breaker and other connected assessories to MES store by transport with required manpower complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling/ Taking down existing Battery bank with charger at old 22 KV sub station technical area NMRL Ambernath including removal of all electrically connection from breakers with saftey and depositing breaker and other connected assessories to MES store by transport with required manpower complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC in 1:2:4 type B 1 by using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for making good road/foot path/hard standing/drain/ bldg plinth protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, install, testing and comprissioning of indoor APFC panel factory made 150 KVAR, 6 steps (3x50) auto charging switching, indoor, bottom cable entry floor mounted with hevy duty MPP capacitor non compartmentalised, suitable APFC relay. The panel shall be made up of CRCA steel sheet, 2 mm thickness, powder coated as per RAL 7032 with suitable size MCCB 4 pole 400 Amps, CTs, digital meters, phase indicating lamp, suitable aluminium bus bar with support, cooling fan, O/L and S/C protection, suitable rated relay, etc with following specifications:- (Make : Schneider/ L&T/ Siemens/ ABB/ Havells) (a) Type of capacitors= super heavy duty square type of 415Volt. (b) MCCB, 4 pole, 36KA adjustable type with O/L and S/C protection of 250 Amp = 01 Nos as incoming Make : (Make : Schneider/ L&T/ Siemens/ ABB/ Havells) (c) Phase indicating lamp =01 set (d) Digital VAF meter=01 set (e) APFC relay=01 set (f) CTs 300/5 Amp, CI 1.0, 10 VA=03 Nos (g) Sensing of suitable capacity with control cable shall be provided by the contractor.

Material and labour for special factory made earthing electrode comprising of Hot dipped galvanized MS flat inserted in to GI pipe of 82 mm bore (outer), 3metre length, filled with non magnetic anti corrosive material specially developed for ground resistance enhancement power around the electrode to retain moisture conforming to IS 3043 including necessary boring in ground of of 150mm dia in any type of strata connecting to test point including excavation /earth work in any starta PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber including necessary formwork / mould for fair and even surfaces, RCC 1:2:4 type B0 precase chamber cover slab with GI strip 32mm x 6 mm upto 7.5m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Connecting to test point complete all as specified and directed (the earth resistance shall be less than 3 Ohms). Material and labour for indoor type end termination touch proof joint, heat shrinkable, type, for under ground cable including joint kits and labour complete for making joints suitable for aluminium conductor cable XLPE, 3 core, 185 sqmm, 22 KV complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : 3M, RAYCHEM or techno commerical equivalent

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested, CPRI Approved LT panel board indoor type, weather, vermin proof, cubical type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system with necessary insulated bus bar arrangement of 4 strips, the panel should be dust proof, IP 54 class protection and made out of 1.5 mm thick stainless steel grade 304 sheet size not more than (2700x2400x800)mm with suitable angle iron frame with necessary earth work excavation, hinged doors, front and rear opening and locking arrangement and duly powder coated on the out side and inside, cable glands and lugs for incomming and out going cable etc, compartmentalised independent chambers to accommodate ACBs, Bus couplers, MFM, MCCBs, MCBs with Contactors, Voltmeters, Ammeters and supply and fixing Relays, Indication lamps, Contactor, MCBs/fuses, Multifunction Meter - 01, LED RYB Indication lamps complete including bus bar chamber with electrolytic aluminium bus bar suitable for 2400 amps capacity for 3 phase and neutral (all connection inside the panel shall be through aluminium strip) connected duly supported with FRP insulators including colour code heat shrinked insulating sleeves and multifunction meter complete with wiring suitable size PVC insulated heavy duty 1100 volts grade single core cable with copper conductor multistranded with cable end terminaion lugs. Note 1: The LT panel shall be suitable for the fixing of the following ACBs, MCCBs, MCBs:- ACB 1600A - 02 (Transformer Incommer), MCCB 630A - 02 (DG Set-1, DG Set - 01 & 02 Incommer), MCCB 400 A (DG- 02 Incommer), MCCB 400A-06 (Out going), MCCB 630A - 06 (Out going), MCCB 250A - 06 (outgoing) Note2: The Rates are not included for ACBs, MCCBs, MCBs for which shall be paid separately under respective shedule of item. Note 3 : Rate for any addition and alteration required at the time of installation to connect bus duct with LT Panel shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. Approval for manufacturing of LT Panel should be taken from Engineer-in-Charge before ordering the Manufacture of LT Panel.

Taking down old unserviceable LT Panel with MCCBs, ACBs, MCBs, Contactors, Relays, Aluminium Busbars, Switch fuse units, Voltmeter, Ammeters, Multi Function Meters, Iron Scrap any type, size and make and kept aside for credit schedule complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ACB 4 Pole, 415 V, Manual Drawout type with Thermal magnetic release of capacity 1600 Amps with the specifications comprising of Current Metering (MTX1.5G/1.5Gi/3.5/ 3.5EC/3.5H/4.5), Common Fault Indication microswitch, 4NO+4NC Aux. contacts, Smart-racking shutter, Safety shutter assembly, Racking Handle, Door sealing frame, Pad-locking arrangement for ON/OFF button, Rating Error Preventer, Arc shield complete all as specified and directed. Make: L&T/ C&S/ Siemens/ Legrand
