Providing & fixing factory made Solid PVC Chowkhat Door frame of the size 50mm x 47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm made out of xtruded 5mm PVC foam sheet mitre cut at 2 corners & joined with 2Nos of 150mm long brackets of 15 x 15mm M.S square tube. the two vertical doors profiles are to be reinforced with 19 x 19mm M.S square tube of 19 guage, the door framed shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100mm long M.S screws through the frame by using asteners. a minimum of 4 nos of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2nos for horizontal member etc. as per manufacturer's specification,conforming to test criteria specified in IS:4020-1998, Drawings and to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.
