Errection of above Centralised material and Supply and errection of the below De-Centralised material for completing the works as per RESPO.

Supply of 160mm OD PN-6-PE-80, 6" Dia Grade UV Stabilized HDPE Pipe.(PVVNL GTP APPROVED)

Fabrication and Errection of Sectional Double Pole Riser by ST Pole 11Mtr. Long for 11KV Line with proper grouting and concreting of pole and proper installation of required accessories as per RESPO norms with complete work in all respect. (all work in the scope of Contractor) Grouting of - In ratio of 1:4:8 in Cement, sand and Brick Ballast) in size 450mmx450mmx1800 mm and Construction of Plinth in size 450x450x300 mm of each (0.285 Cum) pole above the ground level (In ratio of 1:3:6 in Cement, sand and Brick Ballast) as per RESPO. Road Restoration charges shall be inclusive in quoted rates.

Drilling of dia 220 mm in bores for Double Curcuit by trenchless method by horizontal boring machine at a depth of 1.50 mtrs to 2.50 mtrs. (as per site requirement) below the ground level at Kaccha/Pakka Road/Road Crossing/as per site requirement with complete work in all respect as per RESPO. Road Restoration charges shall be inclusive in quoted rates.

Laying and interconnecting of above HDPE Pipe PE-80, PN6, DN-160mm, 6" dia by HDD trenchless method for HOSTING OF 11 KV 3x185sq.mm XLPE cable in Double Circuit with complete work in all respect.

Laying, Hosting and commissiong of 11 KV 3x185sqmm XLPE Cable Double Ckt. Cable in HDPE Pipe in HDD trenchless method with complete work in all respect.

Digging of pits of size 4 mtr x 4 mtr x 1.5 mtr for cable loop and making risers at double pole and re-filling of pits in proper manner with required material at kacha/pakka and hot mix road. (All Work and material in the scope of contractor) Road Restoration charges shall be inclusive in quoted rates.

Laying and Loopping of 11KV 3x185 Sq.mm XLPE Cable Double Ckt. in the air on cable Riser Double Pole existing trench cable trench with G.I.Pipe and making connection complete at both ends. Road Restoration charges shall be inclusive in quoted rates.

Preparation, Making and Fixing of 11 KV Power Cable ends: Fixing and Making of 11 KV XLPE Heat shrinkable outdoor jointing kits suitable for 3x185sqmm XLPE Cable after duly plumbing and taping of cable, providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs with complete connention in all respect.

Preparation, Making and Fixing of 11 KV Power Cable ends: Fixing and Making of 11 KV XLPE Heat shrinkable Indoor jointing kits suitable for 3x185sqmm XLPE Cable after duly plumbing and taping of cable, providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs with complete connention in all respect.

Preparation, Making and Fixing of 11 KV Straight Through Box: Fixing and Making of 11 KV XLPE Heat shrinkable Striaght Through Box suitable for 3x185sqmm XLPE Cable after duly plumbing and taping of cable, providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs with complete connention in all respect.

Laying, Sagging, Re-Sagging and Jumpering of ACSR Dog Conductor as per site requirement with complete work in all respect as per RESPO.

Fixing of 11KV Pin Insulator with Pin as per site requirement with complete work in all respect as per RESPO.

Fixing and Driving of MS earth rod of size 20x2500 mm in earth and jointing through G.I. wire of 6 SWG between support and earth electrode by providing proper size of bolts and nuts for pole earthing.

Fixing of MS Top Channel 100x50x2240mm as per site requirement with complete work in all respect as per RESPO.

Fixing of MS Dropper channel 100x50x2200mm as per site requirement with complete work in all respect as per RESPO.

Providing and Wrapping of barbed wire (2.0Kg per Pole) on 11KV ST Poles as anti-climbing device for a length of 0.9Mtr. Wire pitch/gap 13mm and fixing upper and lower end keeping lower end at a height of 2.75Mtr. from the ground, complete with providing and fixing of lower end & upper end clamps made of G.I.Flat 40x5mm complete with nuts&bolts.

Supply & fixing of Best quality ISI Marked GI Pipe 6" dia for Double pole suitable for 3x185sqm 11KV cable with complete work in all respect as per RESPO.

Providing and Fixing of Best Quality Stone Pad300x300x75mm with complete work in all respect.

Providing and Fixing of Best Quality MS Clamp with Nut and Bolt and complete work in all respect.

Providing and Fixing of Best Quality Danger Board with clamp for Double Pole and complete work in all respect.

Providing and Fixing of Stone Route Marker in Yellow Colour at the above of 11KV Line for safety purpuse with mentioned PVVNL Property 11KV Line and contact number of concerend JE/SDO/EE and complete work in all respect as per RESPO. Construction and Commissioning of 11KV Bay for 11KV Independent Feeder : Construction of 11KV Bay by installation and commissioning of 11KV Circuit Breaker with complete connections in all respect and Double Pole Structure with proper grouting, concreting and plinthing as per RESPO for 11KV Independent Feeder. (Centralised material - Circuit Breaker, Double Pole -ST Pole for making Bay in the scope of Deptt. and other pretty material and work in the scope of contractor).
