Shifting of 33 KV breaker, CT, isolator and auxiliary structure from storage point to work site and its proper stacking.

Erection of Auxiliary structure (ABL, ALP,CCR,CGR, CPR,TMR) for installation of 33KV Bay, the job consist to shifting of all material its structure parts nut bolts washers etc from store to work site distance approx 70 Meter, erection of structure as per relevant drawing and practices using flat and spring washer with each bolts and machining of holes also be done by contractor. The labour and required T&P shall be arrange by contactor at his own cost.

Extension of 33KV Main bus bar upto 12Mtr. The work include cutting and bending of moose conductor, fixing of single bolted type tension gun fitting, hoisting of Disc Insulator and shifting of material to erection site will all associated work required for completion of Job. (1 Job for 3 phase main bus extension upto 12 Mtr.)

Jumpering of following equipment with the help of ACSR panther conductor including cutting binding clamping and all other associated work for satisfactorily completion. a) Bus bar to BSI-03 Nos. b) BSI to CB-03 Nos. c) CB to LSI-03Nos. d) LSI to CT -03Nos. e) Bus to PT- 03Nos.

Laying of following sizes of control cable in the cable trenches from C/R Panel to 33 KV CT,CB,LSI,BSI /JB etc. in switch yard as per cable schedule, its saddling at every 75mm dist. with M.S. Saddle of size 25x3mm size including carriage of cable drums from store to laying site and shifting back to store and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per tech. specification:

Termination of following size of cable as laid above as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in glands, plate or box where ever required, supply and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size. Supply and providing ferrules and No. for each core of cable and its termination with crimping type lugs of Dowell/Tension and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per tech. specification:

Providing & Fixing of 250Watt outdoor type LED flood Light fitting having at least 32000 lumen output in single piece dia cast alluminium housing with pot optics reflector and toughened clear glass cover with frame for lamp component Philips /Crompton / Havells/Bajaj make.

Providing and fixing of GI bend pipe duly made of 2” dia 1.2M long class B bend angle 30 degree for fixing of 250 W LED on gantry with the help of GI clamp.

Supply and fixing of LT lighting junction box of size 200*200*150 mm duly made of 16SWG sheet. Painted with smoke gray enamel paint and fitted with 1 nos. 6A MCB on anodize channel , 1 no. bakelite fuse fitting of 6A, 1 no. copper neutral link, bakelite TB of 4 terminals, cable gland suitable for 2C/4Cx2.5sq. mm incoming/outgoing cable on desired height with the help of MS clamp along with earthing of junction box with 12 SWG GI wire.

Laying of 2C/4C*2.5 sq. mm. PVC cable 60 cm below the groung level in 01” dia PVC conducte pipe between AC supply cubical to LT lighting junction box and LT lighting junction box to LED light terminal after excavation and back filling including the cost of labour PVC pipe and T&P required for successful completion of job.

Earthing of equipments, 33 KV control Panel and various structure including laying of 50x6mm MS flat. Excavation of earth up to 0.8mtr below the ground level, cutting and welding with earth mat with all cost of MS flat, T&P and man power including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enameled paint.

Laying of 40mm dia MS round bar 0.9 meter below ground level including cutting, bending straightening, welding and painting excavation, back feeling & all other associated work to complete the job satisfactory as per direction of Engineer in charge excluding cost of round bar.

fabrication of 40mm dia MS rods in length 3 meter by making as edge at one end for ease in piercing below 1200mm into the ground using wooden hammer completely at all the junction points along with welding & painting a outer periphery of earth mat as per relevant IS.

Earthing of trench along with 25x6mm MS flat after cutting and welding with each cable rack separately and trench with all cost of MS flat, T&P and man power including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enameled paint.

Fabrication of display board made of M.S. angle iron 50˄x50˄x6mm, 3˄ long support and M.S. board of 2˄x1˄ M.S. sheet 18 gauge and M.S. flat iron 25˄x6˄mm size 2˄x1˄ welded on M.S. sheet after then M.S. pipe of 1.5˄˄ dia. fitted around M.S. flat on the sheet board and 0.5˄˄ dia M.S. pipe 4˄ long welded in M.S. angle iron from two places at one side and two at other to complete the display board. Digging pit size 2˄x2˄x3˄ and grouting above board with 1:2:4 cement, ballast, sand ratio and making plinth of size 1˄x2˄. Board shall duly painted by yellow color and equipment name board shall be written in black.
