The painting/repainting work involves as supply,delivery and application of paint on material handling equipments, plant machineries and metallic structures as follows. The painting job involves painting over carbon steel surfaces at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer' specifications including preparation of surface by cleaning with wire brush and rubbing, scraping, applying sand paper, making free of Rust, dust, dirt etc. All as per manufacturer’s technical data and as directed at site to achieve specified minimum over all dry Film thickness. The job details is as follows:

Epoxy Painting Work : Providing & Applying One Coat of Protectomastic RPL Grey, One Coat of Epilux 155HB RPL Brown & Two Coats of Berger Polyurethane Finish Grey With necessary surface preparation such as Removing grease, oil & other contaminants preferably by Solvent cleaning. Make full use of mechanical tools along with manual chipping & wire brushing to remove loose rust & scale. Excessive burnishing of steel is to be avoided. Thoroughly dust down all Surfaces. Total system Dry Film Thickness - [100+100+40+40 ] = 280 Microns.

Marine Grade Painting Work: Providing & Applying One Coat EP Durebild FRE CTG Light Grey, One Coat of EP 950 Super HB CTG Dark Grey & Two Coats of Berger Polyurethane HI Gloss Enamel Greys with necessary surface preparation such as Removing grease, oil & other contaminants preferably by Solvent cleaning. Remove loosely Held Rust, Dust & any other Foreign Particles using Scrapper chisel, wirebrush, Emery Paper etc or Power Tool cleaning . Wash with Fresh Water to remove soluble salts. [Painting System for M.S. Cranes, Structures Exposed to Sea Atmosphere. ] Total system Dry Film Thickness - [100+100+50+50 ] = 300 Microns.

HR (Heat Resisting) Silver Painting Work : Providing & Applying Two Coats of Berger Lumeros 123 HR (Heat Resisting)(Around Temp.: 400 degree C Heat Resisting)Alluminium Paint With necessary surface preparation such as Removing grease, oil & other contaminants preferably by Solvent cleaning. Make full use of mechanical tools along with manual chipping & wire brushing to remove loose rust & scale. Excessive burnishing of steel is to be avoided. Thoroughly dust down all Surfaces. Total system Dry Film Thickness =30 – 40 Microns

Enamel Painting Work: Providing & Applying One Coat of Red Oxide Metal Primer & Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel with necessary surface preparation such as Removing grease, oil & other contaminants preferably by Solvent cleaning. Make full use of mechanical tools along with manual chipping & wire brushing to remove loose rust & scale. Excessive burnishing of steel is to be avoided. Thoroughly dust down all Surfaces.
