Supply & Fixing Exhaust fan 300 mm sweep, minimum 1350 RPM , Metal body and blades , frame and louvers made of iron/ aluminium (As Sample approved ) of matching colour with exhaust fan of suitable size , operated on 230/240V AC Single phase electric supply complete duly grauted bolts in the wall fixed with nuts, bolt and washers including making suitable size hole in the existing wall and making good the plastering by matching colour with existing colour to the disturbed surface of wall complete , including connecting with 3 core stranded copper conductor cable cordas as per manufacture recommendation from ceiling rose to exhaust fan connector including writting MES No. on Exhaust fan white synthetic enamelled paint complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge . Make- Havells Cat Pt No Ventil Air DB 300 mm 4 blade or equvalent in , Crompton Transair , Usha Turbo DBB.

M & L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC( FRLS) insulated sheathed copper stranded conductor cable run in and including PVC casing and capping of suitable size medium grade as per IS with all fittings such as bends, tee,junction boxes,etc of suitable size including 1.5 Sqmm PVC(FRLS) insulated copper earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and including MS/GI sunken boxes with modular inner & surface plate suitable for housing modular switches, sockets, etc for one light/fan point controlled by one 1- way switch complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in -Charge.

Modular switch one way 6 Amp,1 Module , Make Legrand Mylinc Cat No 675501 or equivalent in Anchor Roma/Crabetree .

Supply & Fix Ceiling rose surface type, PVC/Polycarbonate isolated body size 50x28 mm two to three terminals. Make : Anchor/Leader.

Disconnecting of all electrical connections of the existing ceiling fan and taking down ceiling fan (any type/ sweep) from the ceiling and removing the existing down rod of the ceiling fan and depositing to MES store yard

M & L for Anti sucide down rod made out of GI of length 10"(ten inch) capable for bear weight upto 20 KG and open from centre in case of weight more than 20 KG by spring in pipe will be expend complete including making all electrical connection of the fan and hanging of fan ceiling on its original position. Make - Gold life smart fan rod, or as equivalent complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
