Taking down door / window frame with shutter (without taking of shutter from the frame ) area n. exc 1.50 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down door / window frame with shutter (without taking of shutter from the frame ) area exc 1.50 sqm but not exc 4 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm but not exc. 2 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 30 mm thick flush shutters solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no.08081 but wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of wood grain printed PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly complete all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness size and quality and description) from wooden/steel/aluminium frames glazed with putty or fixed with beads etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4 mm thick figured (frosted) glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/wooden beads in square not exceeding 0.5 square metre in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame., complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing 30 mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to table 3 of IS: 14856 complete all as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer- in-charge complete all as specified and directed
