Excavation in trenches for foundations, laying / taking out of cables, erecting of poles etc, any type of soil, not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soils, in trenches, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated soils to a distance exceeding 50 metres and not exceeding 100 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metreabove the starting point.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe,1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 16 sq. mm 2 core nominal cross section in service connections all as specified and directed by Engineer – in - Charge.

Supply and laying as in replacement 40 mm bore tube "light grade" galvanised iron pipe laid in trenches or fixed along poles with mild steel clamps or protection to GI earth strip/cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and laying as in replacement 50 mm bore tube "light grade" galvanised iron pipe laid in trenches or fixed along poles with mild steel clamps or protection to GI earth strip/cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Painting of 9 m steel pole with cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for LT overhead line with two coat of aluminium paint including preparation of the existing surface including marking pole numbers in a 15 cm dia yellow circle & marking bands width 30 cm by fluorescent paint as directed by Engr-in Charge, from bottom of pole to 1.5 Mtr height, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in Replacement for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth notless than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth strip 25X4mm as earth lead by means of bolts, check nuts and washers ,galvanised steel and protected by GI pipe 15 mm bore light grade & connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 30 cm X 30 cmX 5 cm with 10mm dia TMT bars 10 Cm C/c both ways and one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia TMT bar, funnel, wire mesh, 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in layers, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including necessary testing complete all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR part -I.

Supply and fixing in replacement single pole and neutral enclosures with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 240 V 20 Amps all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L in replacement Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L in replacement Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

S&F as in repairs Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm buried in ground all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

S&F as in repairs Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Fixing only as in repairs Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm buried in ground all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED Aviation light fitting, Aluminium cast, low intensity with and including aviation obstruction lamp of 230 volt total power consumption 14W, 50 Hz, max forward current-150mA, viewing all direction, protection weather proof IP-65 complete all as specified and directed .

S & F as in repairs two single core cables PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed 2.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor drawn in and including PVC conduit with and including PVC insulated 2.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor for fixing on OHT and all connecting / fitting accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note : PVC cables two single core and one single core of sizes as mentioned will considered as one unit.

Design, fabricate, supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of outdoor type dust proof & vermin proof cubical panel board compartmentalized with seperate bus and cable alley chambers suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply system as per latest IS / IEC standards & regulations, factory fabricated in an approved factory (Manufacturer possessing CPRI test report for equivalent ratings) having modern fabrication facilities, made out of CRCA sheet steel of 3mm thick for outer shell and 2mm thick for inner shell with front and rear openable double leaf doors with two point locking arrangement i.e. locking system with handle up & down arrangement & pad-locking facility. Complete panel board shall be applied with powder coating painting of approved shade duly pretreated with seven tank process and suitable packing material for IP-54 degree of protection and including provision of 50mmx50mmx6mm angle iron base frame and four legs of suitable size for mounting the panel board with a minimum ground clearance of 450mm above GL to the bottom of panel including PCC foundation with PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate.

Detachable gland plates including double compression stainless steel cable glands of suitable size shall be provided for all incoming and outgoing cables. The size of panel board shall not be less than 850mm x 550mm x 400mm (outer dimensions) for accommodating and including provision of following switchgear, control gear and accessories including internal wiring using copper flexibles and lugs of suitable grade/capacity including taking down old unserviceable LT Panel complete all as specified and directed:-

Note: (i) Factory made name plates with feeder names / Bldg Nos shall be fixed on relevant incomer / outgoing MCCB doors. (ii) The Contractor shall submit set of all drawings of the L.T. Pillar Boxes and its components in duplicate and get the same approved from GE before commencement of production. However, approval of drawing shall not absolve the contractor/supplier of his liability for ensuring correctness according to applicable standards & regulations.

Supply and fixing in replacement Digital Soft Starter of current rating 140 A suitable for Motor 3 phase, 50 Hz, 415 V, with heat sink, internal by pass, supply voltage limits from 200V to 480 V, phase failure and thermal protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Digital Soft Starter of current rating 170 A suitable for Motor 3 phase, 50 Hz, 415 V, with heat sink, internal by pass, supply voltage limits from 200V to 480 V, phase failure and thermal protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement of old and deteriorated MS Sheet of any size and shape from the outdoor/indoor panel 3.00 thick and fix on outdoor/indoor panel as per required size and shape complete inclusive fixing the hinges, door lock etc, inclusive super enamelled paint as per existing colour over two coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and specified.

S & F in replacement rolled mild steel channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connection plate, etc Fe-290 (Gde E-165) including nuts, bolts and washers for base frame of motor pump set and the like, drilling of holes of suitable size for bolts & painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

S & F in replacement change over switch ON LOAD type, 415 volt, 50 Hz, AC 4 pole, in steel metal enclosure, capacity 125 Amps rated current manually operated conforming to IS : 13947 or latest edition with high thermal and dynamic strength to withstand short circuit current level of 80 KA rms, in replacement, (taking down old damaged change over switch) complete all as specified and as directed.
