Painting the arm bracket (for S.V lamp fixture) size 3.4mtr long for fitting etc after scraping and two coats of red lead paint as per direction of EIC.

Painting the existing “D” type iron clamp and pole clamp etc and iron angle after scraping the surface by two coat of red primer paint as per direction of EIC.

Transportation of PCC pole of 8 Mtr long by hired vehicle from WBSEDCL stack Yard at Ganga Sagar( Near Road No-1 Sea Beach) to including loading unloading all complete as per direction.

Supply and delivery at site [weasel] ACSR conductor 6/1/2.59 as per direction

Drawing ACSR conductor [in item no.5] to the existing overhead line in vertical configuration for medium pressure line by ACSR conductor including supply binding wire, jumper, insulator etc in different places outside and inside Mela ground complex as per direction of EIC

Supply and delivery at site of the following electrical accessories:-

Pole bracket of MS angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm x 1.25mtr long with arrangement of vertical configuration for 4 wire system of LT overhead line and continuous earth wire

Supply of suitable size D type iron clamp set [galvanized] with necessary nuts, bolts, washer size 3.5” dia 5” long as per direction of EIC

3.5” x 3” porcelain shackle insulator of LTOH as per direction of EIC including loading unloading and carrying complete as per direction of the EIC

Pole Clamp

Fitting fixing of “D” type iron clamp, pole clamp and shackle insulator size on “D” type iron clamp complete as per direction of EIC (Shackle insulator will be supplied departmentally)

Fitting fixing the above MS iron angle with all fitting fitted on pole clamp including supply of necessary nuts, bolts and washers as required for the above work complete as per direction of EIC.

Fitting fixing the above Pole Clamp including supply of necessary nuts, bolts and washers as required for the above work complete as per direction of EIC.

Supply of bolts, nuts, washer and insulator etc of the above works as requirements complete the works as per direction of EIC including supply of all materials.

Earth filling to the level of Install PCC poles and packing bricks bates by supplying required quantity by bates after earth cutting of the pole base and the PCC pole in original position complete by providing stay wire and other materials as per direction of EIC

Making stay arrangement by necessary materials which will be required i.e. stay wire of required length, stay rod, clamp, chips, sand etc as per IE rules and ISS complete as per direction of EIC

Making earthing arrangement by supplying 5/8” dia earth spike of 2 mtr long with galvanized bolts, nuts and washer etc including supply and fitting fixing 8 SWG GI wire and restoring the surface duly rammed as per direction and inter connection with earth spike to continue running earth on the top of the PCC pole complete and testing as per satisfaction and direction of EIC.

Drawing of the GI conductor/earth wire of the same by single run for medium pressure line for proper SAG and jumper connection over insulator binding and fitting the safety device as per IE rules in different places at main island on existing PCC pole and testing complete as per direction of EIC [binding wire will be supplied by the agency]

Supply and fitting fixing of hexagonal type safety device 10SWG for LTOH line as per direction of EIC and IE rules complete

Supply and drawing of continuous earth wire from pole to pole by supplying 10SWG GI wire with all necessary materials and inter connection to earth electrode as per direction of EIC and IE rules complete after dismantling the damaged earth wire

Supply, delivery and storage at site of L.T. spacer for 3 phase 4 wire system [Riverrine charges included]

Dismantling the existing L.T. spacer from LTOH line after completion of mela by necessary tools and tackles as per dirtection including storage the same to the departmental store.

Dismantling the existing ACSR conductor by single run for medium pressure lines at different places i.e. trench, latrine, pilgrim, road no.5, link road, dhabla hut area, sea beach area at main Mela ground and outside the mela ground at G.S. Main island (after Mela) as per direction of EIC.

Arrangement of binding and proper marking the above ACSR conductor i.e. pole no, area etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Carrying charges of ACSR conductor from different places at main mela ground and outside mela ground to Sagar store and proper staging the materials at departmental store as per direction of EIC.

Carrying the all unserviceable materials from works site to departmental store, Sagar including loading and unloading all complete as per direction

Providing one Electrician and two helper at site for emergency maintenance of LTOH line as per instruction for the period from 05.01.2026 to 16.01.2026. This includes the cost of tools and plants on hire basis
