Material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces complete including preparation of newly plastered /treated surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed. Make : APEX of Asian or equivalent of Shalimar / Nerolac/ Berger.

S&F in repairs 20 mm bore Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod &high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 2 0 m - 2 1 0 g m s) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 25 mm bore Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod &high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 2 5 m - 455 g m s .) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of the surface thoroughly by cleaning, washing and removing dust, dirt, oil, grease and loose particles in existing old terraces with brick bat coba or screeds, damaged or hollow portions, sharp edges, etc. shall be cut and removed till the mother slab is exposed and washing down with clean water to remove all dirt etc., The slab shall be recoated with slurry of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or its techno commercial equivalent in BASF/FORSOC/CICO/MC-BAUCHMIE/STP and cement in 1:1 proportion. After drying, the surface cracks shall be filled with Dr. Fixit. Crack-X or its techno commercial equivalent in BASF/FORSOC/CICO/MC-BAUCHMIE/STP or polymer-modified mortar in case cracks are wider than 5 mm.Cracks less than 2 mm, shall be cleaned free of dust with a vacuum cleaner. Dr. Fixit Prime seal or its techno commercial equivalent in BASF/FORSOC/CICO/MC-BAUCHMIE/STP shall be applied in the crack and shall be allowed to dry. Dr. Fixit new coat or its techno commercial equivalent in BASF/FORSOC/CICO/MC-BAUCHMIE/STP shall be then poured into these cracks and shall be allowed to dry . Bitumen based waterproofing treatments if existing, must be completely removed by mechanical scarification or by any other effective mechanical means. 2 parts of Dr. Fixit Prime seal or its techno commercial equivalent in BASF/FORSOC/CICO/MC-BAUCHMIE/STP shall be diluted with 1 one part of water. This dilution will cover 7 to 8 sq.mt and shall be allowed to dry for 6 to 8 hrs. First coat of Dr. Fixit New coat or its techno commercial equivalent in BASF/FORSOC/CICO/MC-BAUCHMIE/STP shall be applied without any dilution at the rate of 2 m2 per litre and shall be allowed to dry before taking up the second and third coats, the rate of application being the same and open woven glass fibre mesh of 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm must be sandwiched between the first and second coat. While the 1st coat is still wet, the fibre mesh shall be placed on it. After the coat dries, the 2nd coat of Dr. Fixit New coat or its techno commercial equivalent in BASF/FORSOC/CICO/MC-BAUCHMIE/STP shall be applied.

Item No. 23.01 Contd/- Notes: a) All movements in cracks and cold joints in the substrate caused by variations of high and low temperatures shall be taken care. b) This reinforcement with fibre mesh shall be extended up to the drip mould over the angle fillets. c) The sequence of colours of Dr. Fixit New coat or its techno commercial equivalent in BASF/FORSOC/CICO/MC-BAUCHMIE/STP. can be decided depending on the desired top coat colour. Drying time between coats will be 6 to 8 hrs. d) The system may be allowed to air cure for 7 days minimum. e) A total film thickness of 1 to 1.2 mm must be achieved when measured after drying. d) 7 days after application of Dr. Fixit New coat or its techno commercial equivalent in BASF/FORSOC/CICO/MC-BAUCHMIE/STP, it should be checked for its adhesion to the substrate. For this, a square of 5 cm x 5 cm shall be marked for every 200 sq. m of the area. Cut the square with a knife diagonally across the square. Rip the coating and check the coating’s thickness with vernier callipers, to see if the dry film has an average thickness of 1 mm. This should be done in every 200 m2.over the entire roof. Once these tests are done, reapply New coat over these portions, in accordance with the Dr. Fixit New coat or its techno commercial equivalent in BASF/FORSOC/CICO/MC-BAUCHMIE/STP. all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of existing surfaces to remove all dirt, mildew and other contaminants. Treating areas affected by Algae, moss or fungal growth with biocide wash solution and pressure cleaning equipment with a minimum capability of 100-140 bar water pressure. All grease, oils and asphalt materials must be removed completely. All surface cracks up to 5 mm width shall be filled up with Dr. Fixit Crack-X.Cracks or its techno commercial equivalent in BASF/FORSOC/CICO/MC-BAUCHMIE/STP. Separation gaps more than 5 mm should be filled up with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP modified mortar or its techno commercial equivalent in BASF/FORSOC/CICO/MC-BAUCHMIE/STP. Priming shall be done using Dr. Fixit Prime seal or its techno commercial equivalent in BASF/FORSOC/CICO/MC-BAUCHMIE/STP diluted in 2:1 ratio with water (2parts Prime seal diluted with 1 part water) @ rate of 8-10 sq mtr per litre for a single coat application to achieve about 20 – 25 microns DFT. It shall be allowed to dry for 6-8 hrs. One coat of Dr. Fixit Raincoat Waterproof Coating or its techno commercial equivalent in BASF/FORSOC/CICO/MC-BAUCHMIE/STP shall be coated without dilution by brush or roller for rain lashing walls at the thickness of 120 – 130 microns all as specified and directed . Note: All above treatment shall be measured as one unit of square metre and paid accordingly.

M&L for apply a tack coat of bitumen 85 /25 at the rate of 1.20 Kg /Sqm on roof surfaces including cleaning of surfaces in patches including sealing the open joints in the water proof felt including one coat solar reflective f aluminium painting @ .10 Lit per sqm on repaired portion complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in copings, kerbs, channels, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Fe-410- W(Gde- E-250) quality-B complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide on steel or iron surface based materials of any description , not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel') complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning and preparation of newly plasters roof surfaces and applying the water proofing treatment as under. (a) Applying 1st course of bituminous (oil based) primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.4 lit/sqm over the screed bed. (b) Applying 2nd course of a coat of binding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to working temperature of 180 0 C and applied @ 1.2 kg/sqm. (c) Applying 3rd course of APP (Atactic polypropylene) based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap by forced / torch application as per manufactures instructions. (d) Applying 4th course of a coat of bonding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to working temperature of 180 degree C and applied @ 1.2 kg/sqm over APP membrane, (e) Applying 5th course of a one coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.10 Litre/Sqm on roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of existing cement or lime plaster along with the existing water proofing treatment on walls and applying 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 mixed with liquid Water Proofing Compound @ 200 ml per bag, cleaning and preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying the water proofing treatment as under. (a) Applying 1st course of bituminous (oil based) primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.4 lit/sqm over the screed bed.
