278/2026/E2 Arresting leakages for main Pumping line from Avathipalayam Head Works to Santhaipettai Booster Station in Tiruchengode Municipality.(700mm and 600mm dia PSC, MS,DI Pipes and Specials)

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m and lift of 2 M in narrow trenches having bed width 1.25m & below for laying of pipes for water supply and sewerage works in the following type of soils as directed by Departmental officers

Supply and Delivery of MS specials with inside lining/epoxy coating as per IS 13260-1993 and outside coating with cement mortar 20mm thick as per IS 1916-1989 and IS 7322-1985 etc complete.,

Removal of old damaged joint items Upto 700mm dia PSC Pipes(446.20x60%) including all labour charges etc., complete.

Supply and delivery of the following pipes main leakage Jointing materials including cost and conveyance charges to site , etc complete as per standard specification.

Supplying, erecting steel centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and shuttering to the required height for RCC items using MS sheets or suitable size of BG 10 stiffened with welded MS angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm of boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cmx6.5cm spaced at 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia. Spaced at 75cm c/c complying with standard specification.

Plain cement concrete in 1:2:4 mix (one cement, two sand and four aggregate) using 20mm ISS hard broken granite from approved quarry including cost, conveyance of all to site, mixing, laying and curing charges etc., complete.

Barricading work (Where the lines are in narrow width of municipality area, busy streets like Market, Bus- stand and in the Highways etc.) for laying of pipe line using casurina poles at 1.50m center to center (8cm to 10cm dia. and 1.80m height) vertical with horizontal poles in two rows, painting the vertical poles in the road facing sides with ready mix paint, tying the vertical and horizontal poles with coir rope including supplying, delivery and fixing of GI sheet (0.90m x 0.8mm thick) in the horizontal poles and fixing 75mm dia. reflectors including earth work excavation for fixing vertical posts and finally removing and stacking the materials safely for further use etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board officers.
