REPAIRS TO ROADS OF CPDC ELSEC EETF DSP AND ANSP AND PERYPHERY ROADS AT RCI HYDERABAD UNDER GE I RND RCI HYDERABAD

Repair to isolated potholes, depth of potholes exceeding 30mm and not exceeding 1.5Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc., cutting edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5Kg per 10Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8Kg per 10Sqm, blinded with 0.09Cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, Premix bituminous macadam (Consolidated thickness 75mm or more) with binder content at 4% by weight of total mix using Paving bitumen VG-30 as binder, by hot mix process and laid by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to gradient and camber required using power roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12tonne complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Preparing existing black top surfaces of bituminous roads by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG-30 @ 5Kg/10Sqm over black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Premixed Bituminous Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete, 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder with binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen of Grade VG-30 as binder by hot mix process and laying with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber or gradient using power roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed
