M&L for stone railing having one side carving of approved design and pattern (Mehrav pattern using yellow Jaisalmer stone) all as for type "A' and Sketch 'A' shown on drawings No. SKETCH/DRG/GE/(AF)/J/01/2021 suitable for flat surfaces, containing base stone 30-40cm wide, 10cm thick, fixed to levelled surface in cement mortar 1:4 after dismantling of existing railing of any description, size and cleaning of existing surface for resting base stone and making good surfaces with neat cement, making suitable size holes in base stone to receive railing posts(post girth upto 40cm) at 0.9-1.2 m c/c, posts shall have cutting to inner sides to take stone railing of 7.5 cm thick and required length and height (upto 1.10m) making all holes fix with coloured cement, chemical match the colour of railing, washing of complete prepared railing with mixture of water and acid followed by coloured cement polishing to match the natural texture of stone all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Measurement will be taken from exposed bottom of base stone to top of highest horizontal member of railing). No deduction for opening area to be made. M&L for stone railing of approved design and pattern suitable for slant profile as in stair all as for type 'C' and Sketch 'C' shown on drawings No. SKETCH/DRG/GE/(AF)/J/01/2021 containing base stone 30-40cm wide, 10cm thick fixed to levelled surface in cement mortar 1:4 after dismantling of existing railing of any description, size and cleaning of existing surface for resting base stone and making good surface with neat cement, making suitable size holes in base stone to receive railing posts(post girth upto 40cm) at 25-30 cm c/c, confined by top hand rail of same stone, hand rail to be fixed with large posts(newel) at top and bottom landing of girth up to 60cm and height up to 1.40m, intermediate posts of height up to 1.0m to be fixed between base stone and hand rail making all holes fix with coloured cement, chemical to match the colour of railing, washing of complete prepared railing with mixture of water and acid followed by coloured cement polishing to match the natural texture of stone all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Measurement will be taken along slant/slopping length for paymnet. (ii) Rate includes base stone, newel post, stone railing intermediate post with all suitable fixing arrangements in position.(iii) Sketch shown on drawing is Schematic only.Detailing/ carving shall be done as per photograph/ image shown on the drawing.

M&L for preparing bituminious surfaces of road/aircraft operating area by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressor to remove all loose dust/dirt etc complete and applying Cold Polymeric Modified Emulsion(PME) by uniform spraying with machine @ 2 lt/Sqm (diluted quantity) for two coats i.e each coat conatin diluted quantity 1 lt/Sqm in ratio of 1:1 (1 part of PME : 1 part of water ) with mineral filler as recommended by manufacture of PME(after diluting with water) complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and all as specified and directed. Make:- EMULCOTE-PME (by M/s LN Petrochem Pvt Ltd) / HINMAT PLUS by M/s Hindustan Coals Ltd and M/s Ooms Polymer Modified Bitumen Pvt Ltd or any approved make by E-in-C's branch (upto end date of submission of bid). Note:- The tender shall take into consideration the following points while quoting rate:- (a) Due care shall be taken for friction parameters during application of PME as per ICAD standard. (b) The work shall be carried out through authorised & qualified applicator of the manufacture only (c) Care shall be taken to fill gaps/crack upto 3mm size with mineral filler as per manufacture's instructions. The cost of this aspect shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

(d) A performance guarantee certificate for two years shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE on completion of work. (e) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess of cold polymer modified emulsion (PME) than that mentioned above is used, depending upon condition of the sureface to be treated. (f) Minus price adjustment as pro-rata of quoted rate shall be made, if less quantity of PME as per manufacture's instruction and subsequently approved by GE is used in work. (g) Softening point of residual bitumen shall be above 60 degree celsius. (h) Time duration between two coats shall be adhered as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by E-I-C. (j) The measurement shall be taken for area of each Sqm of two coats as a one unit(Square metre) i.e two coats will not be measure separately

M&L for complete removal of existing thermoplastic paint and applying 2.5mm thick hot applied thermoplastic Reflective road marking paint, with glass beads laid/painted with special applicator machine for lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc of any width on roads, pavements and the like in white or golden yellow colour all as directed.

M&L for two coat of water base road marking paint to black top surface/Aircraft operating surface or concrete surface of road/helipad incl preparation of new/old surfaces.

M&L for precast kerb stone of M- 25 garde cement concrete in position to the required line. level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3(1 cement:3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without groooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

Dismantling carefully of old kerb stone (any size) and refixing/laying in position to the required line level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3(1 cement:3 coarse sand) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Design, supply, erection, commissioning and testing of outdoor type LT feeder pillar box, double door, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos copper bus bar not less 400 Amps for distributuion system and type tested at CPRI, fabricated in factory having modern fabrication and testing facility which includes seven (07) tanks pre treatment facility comprising of de-greasing, rinsing, de-rusting, rinsing, phospahting, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coated painting(thickness not less than 80Micron) with approved shade of RAL 7032. The feeder pillar shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS:13947. The feeder pillar shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.15mm thick gland plate duly compartmentalized for each control gear and bus-bar, front door (02 layer) and rear door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steeel channel(75MC) base frame at bottom and having welded equal angle of 75mmx75mmx6mm of length 0.9mtr, 04 Nos, 30cm of angle shall be embedded in PCC 1:2:4, (20mm graded stone agregate) below ground level and 30cm shall be above ground level of size as directed. the feeder pillar shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. necessary cable gland shall be provided for all incoming and outgoing cables. the feeder pillar shall be comprising of the following:-

CONTROL WIRING : All control wirings shall have to be ccarried out with 1100 volts rated FRLS grade PVC insulated multi-stranded type copper wire of cross sectional area 1.5 Sqmm and shall be properly bunched, tied and dressed, ferrule marked for proper identification and crimped with suitable size and type of tinned copper lugs and shall be wrapped with PVC spring type tube near the door hinges.

CABLE ALLEY : Necessary cable alley shall be provided for out going cables in both sides of LT Panel with terminal block. The terminal block shall be connected with the outgoing MCCB with copper bus bar of suitable size. INCOMING : 4 Poles MCCB having breaking capacity 36 KA, adjustable overload, short circuit, instantaneous and neutral protection, electronic release, Ics=Icu=100% of rating 250Amps, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, - 01 Nos.

M&L for Design, supply, erection, commissioning and testing of outdoor type LT Bus Bar Chamber box, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos stepped type Aluminium bus bars(32mmx5mm) for looping & branch connection system. The chamber shall be painted with powder coated paint (Shade : RAL 7032) after (07) tanks pre treatment of surafces. The bus bar shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS:13947. in and including providing of one NO. MCCB of 160Amps, 4 pole, 25 KA, 50 Hz 415 Volts.The bus bar shall be made out of 3.0mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate, front door (01 layer) and rear door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel(75MC) base frame at bottom. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. Note : The bus bar chamber shall be designed in such a way that adequate workable space is made available inside the compartments and the size of the chamber shall not be less than 800mm height (without base frame & canopy), 600mm width and 500mm depth).

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to and including galvanised earth lead strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts,nuts, check nuts and washer etc made of galvanised iron and connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation/earth work in any type of strata, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 earthing chamber, precast RCC slab 50 mm thick in (1:2:4) type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm), cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 40 mm bore light grade GI protection pipe, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed.
