Sweeping Cleaning and maintenance of CTO and TCO Part Building KOLKATA for the period of One Year

Sweeping, cleaning & maintenance (i/c Wet Mopping of floor) by mechanical / manual means of floors, walls & ceilings and any other work as instructed by Engg in Charge of the Buildings & its complexes daily in the morning within 9.30 AM to keep the same always presentable and free from flies, mosquitoes, insects, bacterias etc. by using disinfectants, insecticides, stain removers, detergents, approved chemicals etc. wherever required, including removal of cobwebs, stains & dirts and disposal of the garbage in KMC dumping yard all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Approximate carpet area of common areas, corridors, lobbies, staircases, landings and verandahs etc 2533.59 Sqm, officers' chambers, office cubicles & office areas etc 6492.62 Sqm, all the toilets (excluding toilets inside the Officers' chambers,293.28 Sqm,all the toilets inside the Officers' chamber 60.39 Sqm, Inspection Quarters at 4th Floor of the CTO Building, i/c 5 no. toilets 138.90 Sqm & pavements & other open areas 274.16 Sqm thus total area 9792.94 Sqm).

[Cleaning area includes: i) Floors, skirtings, dados etc. ii) Doors windows, glazing, grills, louvers, frames thereof, jambs, sofits & sills etc. iii) Ceiling, false ceiling, walls, partitions etc. iv) Sanitary shafts v) Signages, notice boards etc. vi) Staircase railings. vii) Office furniture, sofas, table-glass, mirrors, if any, all storage units, racks etc. by dusting & dry mopping viii) Carpets & other soft furniture like vertical blinds etc. by vaccum cleaning etc ix) Furniture, sofas, table-glass, mirrors, all storage units, racks etc. by dusting & dry mopping x) Cleaning of all toilets daily. xi) Cleaning of all wash basins, WCs, sanitary fittings, kitchen sink and mirror daily by using toilet cleaner like harpic / diluted acids, stain removers, detergents or approved chemicals etc xii) Cleaning of all faucets with detergent/soap weekly to make them bright. xiii) Dusting of doors, windows, window grills, balcony grills and furniture like wardrobe, writing table, chair, sofa, center table etc. daily with dry cloth to avoid any marks on the surface. xiv) Sweeper shall be available daily 12 hrs. in day time for cleaning of IQ suits & toilet after departure & arrival of occupant of IQ suit. etc.] xv) Cleaning, dusting, rearranging of all old files of the total CTO and TCO Building, whenever required as per the direction of the Competent Authority. xvi) Sorting, shifting and rearranging of all old assets Computer, Chair table, furniture of the total CTO and TCO Building under Operation Samudra Manthan as per the direction of the Competent Authority. xvii) Any other work as and when required to be executed as per the direction of the Competent Authority. Note: Rate includes cost of labour involved in all the operations in which services of 25 Labourers and 1 supervisor are involved. Nothing extra whatsoever shall be paid over & above the same. In case of absence of above no. of Labourers/ Supervisors on daily basis, proportionate amount will be deducted from the bill.

Supplying of cleaning sweeping materials at the working place i/c service charges as per Annexure "A"

Service Charges for the Month (in percentage of total amount of Item 1 & 2) Note: Rate to be filled up in percentage only. For example: 1%=0.01, 2%=0.02, 0.1%=0.001, 0.2%=0.002 etc.; the total amount of item no. 1 and 2 will automatically appear in the Quantity Cell of Item no.3 after filling the rates of Item 1 & 2 in respective cells)
