Work contract for loading transportation and filling of ash in abandoned mines/ low laying area near rescue colony at village Deori, Tehsil - Anuppur, Distt- Anuppur (M.P.) including other related works required as per MPPCB norms.

Ash Excavation and Loading :- Excavation and loading of ash from ash dyke in vechicle, including construction and maintanence of temporary roads on ash dyke, by mechanical means including prevention of fugitive emission of area complete including all leads and lifts, all other incidental charges such as water sprinkling, cost of labour, equipment and material etc. complete as per specifications, drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge and guidelines of MoEF&CC/MPPCB for ash handling. (Note:- In case ash is proivded from ash silo by MPPGCL, no payment towards this item will be made.)

Transportation and Unloading :- Transportation of ash from ash dyke in closed/covered container or any other methods to prevent air pollution during transportation from ash pond to abandoned mine/low lying area near rescue colony at village deori, Tehsil /Distt, Anuppur (M.P.) including unloading, watering if required during unloading of ash through sprinklers or other means to prevent fugitive emission of ash. All works are to be carried out as per norms of MOEF, MP Pollution control Board and GoMP. Quoted rates must be inclusive of cost of labour, equipment and material etc. required to complete the work in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Total lead of 5.00 KM.

Filling and Compaction of Ash i/c dozing:- Ash work in filling with dozing and compacting by mechanical means to achieve maximum in–situ dry density 95% of MDD of the material found out as per I.S. 2720 (Part VII) at OMC, by use of suitable vibratory rollers with static weight 6 to 10 tonnes or as required., as per relevant specifications, including cleaning of area (where ash filiing is to be done) by uprooting of all type of vegetation, grass, bushes, sapling etc. by any means and stripping of top layer of minimum 150 mm or to such depth as decided by the Engineer in charge, depending upon the quality of ash to be used in forming ash filling etc. The work shall include disposal of all unsuitable material and stacking of suitable earth/soil (to be used later for top soil cover over ash fill) outside the working zone/area, dewatering, all man and machinery, providing barricading/ fencing/ green dust net, suitable dust supression system to prevent fugitive dust emmision, construction of temporary approach/ haul road etc. complete with all leads and lifts as per tender specifications/ drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge and compliance of relevant guide lines/ specifications of MoEF&CC /MPPCB for fly ash handling and filling in low lying areas.

Earth cover :- Providing and supplying of sweet soil consisting of sandy loam from approved external borrows areas and /or useful stacked material obtained from stripping. The soil should be free of admixture of stiff clay, refuse, stumps, roots, rock, bushes, weeds or any other material which would be detrimental to the proper development of vegetation growth. The earth cover material shall not contain stone of size 25 mm and over. The loamy top soil shall be of healthy for crops, grass or other plant growth, that is of good quality and reasonably free draining. Earth cover shall be laid in layers of maximum compacted thickness of 300 mm including cost of all materials, machinery, labour and dressing, all other operations such as collection of soil, spreading soil in layer of specified thickness, sorting out, breaking clods, levelling, sectioning edges / sides, watering, compacting to achieve maximum in–situ dry density 95% of MDD at OMC of the material found out as per IS 2720 (Part VII) using suitable machinary, such as, sheep foot roller/vibratory compactors, all leads and lift etc. complete as per tender specification, drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge as per relevant guide lines of MoEF&CC/ MPPCB for ash filling in low lying area.

Excavation in all type of soil/hard moorum with 100 m lead and 1.50 m lift with dressing as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and placing in position cement concrete 1:3:6 i/c scaffolding from work, dewatering vibration, curing, cost, of all material labour transportation etc complete i/c all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and placing reinforced cement concrete of grade M-20 excluding cost of reinforcement but including cost of all T&P materials form work, vibration, finishing, curing etc. complete at desried location with graded metal of maixmum size 20mm including all lead & lift complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying, cleaning, cutting, lapping bending as per drawing and placing in position at all location & level i/c binding with, soft annealed 16 gauge binding wire etc. complete for the following (b) High yield strength deformed bars conforming to IS- 1786.
