Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with cement morter 1:4 (1 cement, 4 River sand) and labour charges, GST, minor tools etc. complete.

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and re-fixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of EIC and labour charges, labour cess, minor tools and GST etc. complete.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (one coat) and of required shade on old work, over and including priming coat of whiting to give an even shade over old cement surface, preparation of surface including cleaning, scraping of exiting painted surface, cost of distemper, brushes, transportation charges, scaffolding arrangements, all labour charges, minor tools etc

Painting two coat with antifungal paint of approved brand and manufacture on old wall surface to give an even shade including cost of other material, transportation charges, labour charges scaffolding arrangements, cost of puty, minor tools, GST, labour cess etc., complete.

Painting with ready mixed paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade. Including cost of ready mixed paint, brushes, transportation charges, scaffolding arrangements, all labour charges, minor tools, labour welfare cess, GST etc. complete. Old wood work (One coat)

Providing and fixing solid PVC panelled door of ISI mark of approved brand with 3mm thick and frame provided with 5mm thick PVC, including cost of all materials, all fittings, all labour charges, minor tools, transportation charges etc. complete.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285, anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868 (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15), fixed with rawl plugs and screws of with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gap sat junctions, at top, bottom and skles with required PVC/ neoprene felt etc.. aluminium sections shall be smooth rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium strap beading for glazing / panelling, CP brass / stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in charge (Glazing and panelling to be paid for separately). Providing and fixing 12mm thick pre laminated three layer medium density (exterior grade) particle board Grade1. Type II conforming to IS:12823 bonded with phenol for maldyde synthetic resin, of approved brand and manufacture in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows, shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screw etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge, including cost of all materials, all labour charges, transportation charges, scaffolding charge, minor tools, labour welfare cess, GST etc., complete. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative finish on both side.

Demolishing cement concrete manually by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Including cost of cement, Mainland River sand and stone metal, coat of all other materials, all labour charges, transportation charges, minor tools, labour cess GST etc. Complete. a)richer mix (I/C equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying PCC of Specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All works up to plinth level and including the cost of all labour charges and transportation charges of all materials to work site cost of minor tools, GST labour cess etc complete. 1:2:4 (1 cement , 2 mainland river sand , 4 grade stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size from mainland quarry)

Providing form work including centering shuttering so as to give rough finish strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floors to ceiling not exceeding 4m and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work ,including cost of all materials, all labour charges, minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc. complete.
