Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (Light, Fan, Socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, light fittings, regulators, etc. and removing to store yard and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. all as specified.

Dismantling of old unserviceable main switches DBs, MCB enclosures, electrical meter, PVC rectangular blocks etc and keeping safe custody either for reuse or for disposal incuding making good to the disturbed surfaces of wall all as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated (FRLSH) unsheathed copper cable multistranded conductor 1100 volts grade controlled by one way switch including 1.5 sqmm PVC (FRLSH) insulated unsheathed copper cable multistrand conductor 1100 volts grade for continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly drawn through and including PVC non metallic concealed conduit of suitable dia with all fiting and sunk cast pressed steel terminal box made out of MS sheet of 1.6mm thick for mounting of fittings like switch, socket and fan regulator with3mm thick hylum laminated/bakalite sheet cover complete all as specified for one light/fan/bell point, controlled by one way switch 6 Amps. Note:- Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board.
