Dismantling of existing hanger door leaves of size 5.26m x 7.52m (each of weight 2.5 to 3 ton each ) total 8 leaves, dismantling of top tracks and bottom guide rails, embeded in RCC/PCC top & bottom track, end supprts cols etc without damaging the exixsting structure complete all as specifed and directed.

Design, Supply, Fabrication, Erection and commissioning at site of motorised bi parting sliding hanger door with clear span of 40.00 mtr (Tolerance+-05%), consisting of total 8 Nos leaves of size of each leaf-5.26x7.52m (04 sliding on left side and four sliding right side of the hanger door opening (Tolerance+-5%) to be fixed in existing Hanger located at Leh without damaging the existing structure with following designs. Total opening to be divided in equal panells in 08 Nos in longitudinally & panells set to be opening on either side of the bay. Minimum design requirement for the hanger door are as follows:- Minimum conditions, specifications and design requirement for the hanger door are as follows:-

(a) The gate should have dual of mode of operation:- (i) Motor/Electronic mode with bidirectional mode. (ii) Manual Mode. Suitable motor/Electric/Electronic arrangement to be designed by contractor and fitted on ground. (b) Hanger door frame structure including tracks/Rails, Top tracks, will be designed with structural steel with suitable UB/ISMB/ISMC,RHS and CHS members conforming to relevant IS Code and design as per IS-800-2007 with standard worst combination of different type of load as per IS code applicable to Leh. The design shall inculded the col end supprts of suitable steel members on both side of the opening to support the top tracks/rails. The gate shall have cladding of Puff material of 50mm thickness with standard wind pressure of Leh complete all as specified and directed. (c) Design of gate should be approved and vetted by IIT before starting of the work. (d) GA/Structural dwg of door hanger door, top tracks and bottom rails including RCC/PCC section below the bottom rails to be submitted before starting of the work. (e) Operation and maintenance training for two months to be given by the executing agency. (f) Guranted-Door structure-25 Years. (g) Guranted-Roller wheels, motors and electric control panels-8 Years. (h) Running gurantee-24 months.

Minimum items to be provided:- (a) Door leaf each of 5.26mx7.52m, 8 Nos (b) Insulation on leaf:50mm Puff cladding at one end and 0.5mm Galvalume sheet at another end. (c) Top guide Beam ISMC/ISMB 200:Complete. (d) Bottom Sleeper ISMC/ISMB150mm:Complete. (f) Track edge protection, L shape :Complete. (g) Water drainage system at track : Complete. (h) Bottom roller of 300mm dia (2 each leaf) : 16. (j) Top Roller of 150mm dia (3 each leaf) : 24 (k) Top and bottom stopper at each leaf :Complete. (l) Top Cleat (to protect leaf from falling) : Complete. (m) Buffer stopper for extra safety for door leaf : Complete. (n) Man door (2mx1m) :1 (o) Vision Panel (500mmx500mm):2 (p) Anti rusting zinc rich primer : 2 Coat. (q) Epoxy painting : 2 Coat. (aa) Cable carrier festoon rope wire unit :Complete. (ab) Weather seal at bottom and between leaf : To protect Hangar permises form dust, rain and out side harsh weather.

The detailsed specifications including that for electronic/mechanichal drive sys for each door panel shall be as per OEM. Design shall be submitted by the lowest bidder after acceptance of contract and vetting of the design from third party (IIT) will be done before execution of the work. Gate to be installed wtihout disturbing the existing structure. Clear doors opening of the hanger shall be 40.00 mtr when the doors are fully opened. The above mentioned details and specifications are general in nature, any unforseen and hidden items which will be necessary for the design and smooth functioning of the hanger door will be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing building materials etc. (other than spoil payable under items 03028 to 03031 in Section-3—Earth work) to a distance of 500m or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed.

M&l for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as mass concrete and filling of foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for reinforced Cement Concrete Design mix (M-30) 20 mm graged aggregates in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beabs, bases for columns, etc basement slabs, under rammed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only metalic floor harderner (300gm/Sqm) complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to flat sides of concrete foundation, footings, bases of coloumns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in flooring surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints in 200mm thick cement and filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rolled mild steel section Fe-290 (Gde E-165) as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters purline where connected to commen rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other conncecting plates complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or priviously untreated steel or iron surfaces, priming with red oxide zinc chrome and applying two coats of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) complete all as specified and directed.
