Making up loss of material/irregularities on shoulders to the design level by adding fresh approved soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment at OMC up to a lead of 1000m as per technical specification clause 1903.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & compacting to the required density( with an initial lead of 5.0 km ) B. By Mechanical Means 1)Grading-III (c) Using Screening Type-B (11.2mm Agg.) (Qty as per Statement II)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90-1.2 kg/sqm using Mechanical Means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. (Qty as per Statement II)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate 0.20 to 0.25 Kg. per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Semi –Dense Bituminous concrete (Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregated of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade lavel and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSPT&H cl. No. 508 complete in all respect .(Including carriage of mixed material up to 10.0km initial lead from mixing plant)(including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250gms per Sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm in exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Providing reflective pavement market with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H’s fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufactures with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.

Providing and erecting of retro –reflectorised cautionary mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC 67 made of high encapsulated leans type reflective sheeting vide Clause 801.3, fixed over aluminum sheeting, 2 mm thick fixed on an angle iron of 25x25x4mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45mm x 45mm x 60mm, 60mm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign. (All the Steel work must be Tata/Sail/or any other approved brand) (iv) 80cm x 60cm rectangular

Dismantling of existing structure like culverts bridges retaining wall and other structure comprising of masonry cement concrete wood work steel work including T&P and scaffolding where ever necessary sorting the dismantled material disposal of un serviceable material and stacking the serviceable materials with all lifts and lead of 1000materials as per technical specification CL.
