Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Diesel Engine driven water cooled generating set of capacity 62.5 KVA, 415 Volts, BHP as per manufacturer's recommendation, AC Supply, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire, 0.8 PF at NTP, speed 1500 RPM, mounted on common base frame with flexible coupling and meeting the requirement of IS-4722/BIS specification with CPCB approved acoustic enclosures fabricated out of CRCA sheets as per manufacture recommendation Sound proofing of enclosures is done with high quality foam conforming to IS-8183 for 75 dBT 01 metre complete including PCC foundation in all respect as per norms of OEM. Note: The Alternator shall be suitably de-rating factor for operation at high altitude (above 3,500 meters AMSL), ( delivery location- Karu, Ladakh) considering reduced air density and cooling efficiency as per IS: 13364(Part-2)

(A) Diesel Engine: - Adquate capacity of Diesel engine as accepted by the Accepting Officer based on manufacturers technical details water cooled to drive independently above alternator and after considering derating as per site conditons after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories directly coupled through flexiable coupling multi cylinder multi stroke direct injection, cold starting suitable to deliver 62.5 KVA power at 1500 RPM, as per relevant ISI/BS - 5514/BS-649 with an overload capacity of 10% for half an hour in 12 hours continuous running conforming to the environment (PROTECTION ACT 1986) (29 OF 1986) and as amended vide Gazette of India Notification Part II sections III Sub Section (I) dated 12 Jul 2004. complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under:-

i) Fly wheel with housing

ii) Cooling system :- Moulded radiator with fan & belts.

iii) Cooling Water pump : - Centrifugal type belt driven.

iv) Exhaust System :- Exhaust System complete with exhaust piping of 150mm dia with MS pipe light grade upto & outside and 1meter away from the enclosure, covered with asbestos rope and aluminium foil of complete with in the enclosure for safe exhaust without transforming vibration to the wall of the enclousre.

(D) Generator Monitoring Control Panel : - Comprising of all standard items as mentioned under this schedule or as per standard practice iginiton key switch and start / stop arrangement, indications for Engine parametes, hour run meter, RPM meter, Engine oil pressure indicator, water/coolent temparature indicator, Battary volt display including suitable size MCCBs and multifuction meter.

i) Safety Controls : - Engine low lube oil pressure high water temparature and over speeding of engine.

ii) Coupling arrngement : - Flexiable coupling, fly wheel to suit flexiable coupling.

iii) Accessories :- AVM Pads built or separtely mounted to manufactrer base frames.

iv) Base Frame : - Made out of ISMC 250 of sturdy design made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement and predetermined holes.

v) MS pipe line to and from the fuel tank to the DG Set.

(E) Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 62.5 KVA, net output at site after considering derating as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self exicited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with widing in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of + 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be confirming to BS 2613/5000 and shall be inposition to generate supply with frequecy regulation with in + 1% tolerace. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to BS - 2613/5000/ IS - 4722. Note: The Alternator shall be suitably de-rating factor for operation at high altitude (above 3,500 meters AMSL), considering reduced air density and cooling efficiency as per IS: 13364 (Part-2)

iii) Excitation : Self Excited

iv) Regulation performance: The voltage is kept constant with + 1%, manual voltage adjustment within + 5% .

(F. Civil Works :-

All civil works including PCC plat form as per manufacture's design also 30 cm above the ground. The depth of the foundation and PCC as recommended by the manufacturer.

(G) Rubber Matting of LV grade 19mm thick of suitable size chequred type ISI marked to be laid in front of control panel should be provided.

Note:- The contractor shall arrange for artificial load for testing for final testing of DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be including in above offer.

(H) Accoustic Enclosure:- Manufactured by OEM suitable for 62.5 KVA DG Set.

(i) NAL approved as per CPCB

(ii) It Should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Forest and Pollution control board.

(iii) The generating set battaries and control panel should be inside the enclosure.

(iv) Fuel tank should be out side the enclosure in the sub station building.

v) The accoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit.

vi) The battaries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG Set on a suitable inlsulated plat form.

vii) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button.

viii) The enclosure should be suitably illuminated by suitable capacity of LED fittings.

xi) The noise level should be 75 db at 1m under free field conditions.

xii) The accoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treat ment process. The powder coating shade should be Genset Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade.

xiii) Fuel tank as per manufacturer recommendation with inlet and outler connections and fuel level indicator.

xiv) Base frame made out of suitable MS channel duly reinforced and provided with adequate numbers of anti-vibration pads to ensure minimum vibration as recommended by manufacturer.

NOTE : - Applicable for item Srl No. 1.00 and 2.00 here in before

(i) The Generator set prime mover will produce BHP as per manufacturer's recommendation.

(ii) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of cable and terminations form Generator to the AMF Panel, with necessary holes to wall including making good to distrbed surfaces so as to match with the existing finishes all as specified and directed.

(iii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first filling of lubricant oil.

(iv) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at site including of half an hour on 10% overhead in presence of representative detailed by accepting Officer; including FOL, all arrangements are to be made by the contractor for tests.

(v) The contractor shall arrange for artificial load (water load) for testing for final testing of DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be including in above offer.

(vi) Testing of sound level should carried out at the site in presence of Engr-In-Charge.

(vii) One year maint spare as per manufacturer's maint schedule and as directed by Engr-in-Charge is deemed to be included in the above offer.

(viii) One set of latest Spare part catelogue with price, exploded view of parts and user's manual are deemed to be included in the offer. Note : DG Set should be tested after derating factor

Note : The Gen set must be affixed with label meeting the following requirement ( The label shall be durable and legible) (a) Name and address of the engine manufacturer. (b) Statement that this engine conforms to the environment (PROTECTION) (c) Type and approval certificate number. (d) Date of manufacturing of Gen set.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm as earth lead, by means of bolts, buts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, galvanized iron pipe of 40 mm diameter, connected to earthing test point,all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion , including exacavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC chamber, RCC Cover all as dircted by engineer-in-charge. GI strip of size 32mm x 6mm from Earth pit to LT Panel/ DG set is to be included in quoted rates complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Item includes the cost of 7.5 mtr GI pipe for protection of earth lead (ii) Items includes the cost of 7.5 mtr GI earth Strip.

Dismantling of boarding in wall/ceiling, any description, fixed in any position with nails or screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

S&F Gl frame work for seamless wall/ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre. with necessary fastening GI wire and cleats including 12 mm thick Gypsum board fixed in wall/ceiling with screw as per manufacturer instruction including plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thick and two coats of distempering with Ist quality acrylic distemper ( ready Mixed ) having VOC content less than 50 gms/ ltrs, of approved manufacturer , of required shade and colour complete over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F coloured PVC designer modular wall cladding 5 to 6 mm thick with air gap, installed with necessary fixing GI channel or frame with end joints on edges ( designed colour patterns as per directed by Engr - in- charge). The frame work will be fixed to wall using aluminium screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge .Note : if necassary size of the frame work/ wall paneling will be changed as per site requirement.

S&F in repair SDC Laminated flooring 8mm thick of any coloured, manufactured by Direct Pressure Laminated (DPL) wherein the empty Abrasive aluminium oxide overlay alongwith metamine impregnated decorated film is directly fused with the back with flooring locking profile in designed with double click locking system on the length and single locking width alongwith desire locking strength laid over 1mm thick foam base, complete including removal of existing flooring, all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition Stone slabs and tiles Laid beded and pointed cement mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L Granite 20 mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 15 mm thick screed bed/backing coat in CM 1:4 and Providing edge moulding to 18-20 mm thick granite stone of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Stainless steel pipe of grade 304, of any dia for railling / balusters over existing parapet including base, collars, caps, head caps and anyother specials etc including necessary welding, polishing and drilling in masonary and filling with epoxy grout etc including taking out old Iron railing and removing to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L in repair Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and joint free including 15 mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:6. for laying floor finishes receiving floor tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450X 300X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match and joint free including 10 mm thick baking coat in CM 1:6. for laying floor finishes receiving floor tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs One piece European WC viterus china with S/P trap & slow motion seat cover as per Cera part no. S1014124 or equivalent approved in CENC of Jaguar/Hindware etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair CP Stop valve fancy type, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, screwed down both ends for high pressure, as per ISI suitable for 15mm dia iron pipecomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs brass chromium plated health faucet with 1.5 Mtr flexible Chromium pipe screw down suitable for 15mm bore pipe/fitting with angle cock with CP brass check nut and holder as per Parryware Cat no . T-9929 W1 or equivalent of jagure /Parco/Hindware complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in Repairs wall mixture (Three way) brass chromium plated suitable for fixing with GI Pipes 15mm dia as per Parryware Cat No. G3016 A1 or equivelent of Jaquar/Hindware complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs blankets any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for readymade soft wood wall /Ceiling panelling in strips of 100 mm width 10mm thickness having lounge and groove fixing arrangements fixed to wooden frame work(Size of frame work 1.2X1.2 C/C included ) as per manufacturers instruction including polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge .Note : if necassary size of the frame work/ wall paneling will be changed as per site requirement without any cost different complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage, thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof covering and wall cladding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated/ trapzodal, semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws / L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws with bituminious washer as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based pain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws / L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws with bituminious washer as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250 qanlity-A) roof trusses(framed) ,trussed,purlins,crane gantries ,rail and fastening and heavy bracket framing (Beam,tee ,angle,channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of steel Surfaces new or untreated surface apply one coat of red oxide,zink chrome and two coat of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) paint any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L preparation/ complete removed of old steel surface painted / untreated surface apply two coat of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) paint any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of Cement Concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregatre) as in floor levelling and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and to be finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing new surfaces including priming plastered and other surfaces with priming paint and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of plastered or unplastered surfaces including washing rubbing down and scrapping smoke soot moulds, moss and greasing sports with steel wire brush and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Ladders, scaffolding will be provided by Contractor where required)

S&F in repair aluminium anodised glazed door complete with shutter size of style top rail and lock rail 83x45x1.60mm thick and bottom rail 114x44x1.60mm thick and door frame size 63x38x1.60 mm including aluminium mongry fitting, hinges, tower bolt, handle, lock etc all necessary fittings and glazing with 5mm thick tinted glass/12mm thick pre laminated particle board complete including rubber lining at sides for air locking with complete all as speicified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down carefully alluminium / copper point wiring complete for light, fan, socket or power point etc with fittings fixtures such as ceiling rose, holders, electric fittings, switchs, sockets, aluminium conductor cable with and incl wooden batten or FR PVC conduit and its accessories such as wooden gutties, rawl plugs, GI screws, aluminium clips, nails etc complete and removing the material from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall / floor/ ceiling etc as original i.e. brick work, plastering, white washing, OBD etc as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring complete for one light point / exhaust fan point / bell point controlled by one 1-way switch/ bell push, with 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated un-sheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked and PVC concealed conduit ISI marked of size 20 mm dia medium grade and PVC conduit fittings such as tees, bends, elbow, reducers with and including FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper earth wire, connecting to common earth dolly with and incl Metal flush box of suitable size for fixing modular switches / sockets etc and making good surface by wall panelling etc, complete all as directed. Note : 1. In case cutting & chasing of conduit is encountered with any beam / column, the PVC casing & capping or surface conduit will be used to avoid any damage to the RCC portion. 3. No cutting & chasing shall be done on ceiling surface for laying PVC conduit for ceiling fan point wiring etc, hence the PVC casing & capping or surface conduit will be used for the same.
