S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complate all as specifed and as specified.

S&F for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

Taking down steel shutter with chowkhat exc. 1.00 Sqm but n.exc. 2.00 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhat or frame exc. 1.5 Sqm but n. exc 4 Sqm each but with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 600x600 mm glazed ceramic wall tiles 7 to 10mm thick in skirting/dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), including dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in- charge.

Supply and fix 600 x 600 /1200x600mm glazed vitrified floor tiles 10mm thick in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surfaces complete over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) including dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

S&Fin 600x600/1200x600mm glazed vitrified wall tiles 10mm thick in skirting or dadoes etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surfaces complete over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) including dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in- charge.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like over and including 15mm thick cement Screed base in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

S&Fin repair Pully it aluminium clothes drying system incl of 4 aluminium pipe system with length of each pipe 5 ft (1.53m), i.e., total length of 20 ft (6.12m), locking system ropes and all fixing material complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp insulation, Ac etc), any thickness including cover fillets complete.

S&F in repair false ceiling 600x600x4mm thick white prelaminated sett embosed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on Hot dipped Galvanised iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick GS sheet and of size 24x32x3000mm and spaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centers. Hangers of GI wire 4mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and justers and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall. Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm center to form 1200x600mm modules cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independently. 600x600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross Tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee, Perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS sheet of size 19x19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per manufacture instruction, including taking down old/ existing ceiling boards any type (fibre, pulp insulation etc) or inslutation boards any thickness incl fillets complete all as directed.

M&L for vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) all as per CERA Cat No CURTIS or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS fixed as in repair, complete all as specified.

S&Fin repair PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, 10ltr capacity, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets, connections to pipes and fixing of chain and pull, or lever, all as per ESSCO Cat No. WHE-WHT-183NL or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS fixed in repairs complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in- charge.

S&Fin repair vitreous china wash basin white flat back size 580x450 mm with pedestal height mm including 32 mm dia CP waste fitting and PVC waste pipe 610 mm long and brackets.

S&Fin repair Bib taps 15mm dia, cast copper alloy chromium plated, long body, with CP flange all as per Prayag Cat No PIS-08H Neptune series or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS fixed in repair complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in- charge.

S&Fin repair Angle cock, 15mm dia, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle screw down, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for brass ferrule fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Cera Faucet Model-F 8030105AB (ABS) or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS, with 1 meter SS Braided connection pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair plastic water closet seat, white/black closet pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in- charge.
