2 Highback Chair: SEAT/BACK ASSEMBLY: The back is made up of 1.2 ±0.1cm. thick hot-pressed plywood & seat is made up of 1.5 ±0.1cm. thick hot-pressed plywood measured as per QA method described in OCP-QLTA-P14-18 and upholstered with fabric upholstery covers and moulded Polyurethane foam. The back foam is designed with contoured foam lumbar support. The seat has extra thick foam on front edge to give comfort to popliteal area.The Recron filling done in seat & back ( Executive chairs only) for extra fluffiness and comfort in chair. 4 3 Seater Perforated Metal Chair: 3 Seater Chair - SEAT/BACK FRAME ASSEMBLY: The Seat and back are made of 0.12+- 0.0096 cm thick CR Steel perforated sheets which are welded to a seat/back frame assembly made of 1.9+- 0.02cm x 0.16 +_ 0.0128 cm thk MS ERW tube. Connecting Strips made of 0.5 +_ 0.05cm thk HR steel are welded to the structure for assembly with the connecting beam. The assembly is powder coated (DFT 40-60 microns). The back foam is designed with contured lumber support for extra comfort. Back Size - 45.0 cm(W) x 53.0 cm (H). Seat Size- 52.0 cm(W) x 48.0 cm (D). High Resilience (HR) Polyurethene Foam-- The HR polyurethene foam is moulded with density +45+-2kg/m3 and hardness load 16+-2 kgf as per IS:7888 for 25% compression. Seat /Back Covers: The seat and Back Covers are injectoion moulded in black Co-polymer polyprplyne. Armrest Assembly- The one piece armrest are made of black integral skin polyurethene reinforced with M.S insert with 50-70 shore 'A' hardness. The armrest are scrtch nd weather resistant. The armrest are fitted to the seat with armrest brackets made of 0.5+-0.05 cm thick HR steel. Pedestal Asembly- The pedestal Assembly is fabricated from 0.2+- 0.02 cm thick HR sheet powder coated and fitted with an injection molded black polypreplyne hub cap and 5 nos twin wheel castors.
