RequiredSolvency Certificate / Net worth Certificate in case of Specialized agencies or Valid Enlistment Certificate of Approved and Eligible CPWD Enlisted Contractors in Composite (Buildings and Road) Category. To be uploaded in the eligibility document section.
RequiredValid Electrical Contractor License or undertaking that they will either obtain valid electrical license at the time of execution of electrical work or associate the contractor having valid electrical license of appropriate class. (Undertaking Form Enclosed.).

RequiredAffidavit as per provisions of clause 1.2.3 of CPWD-6 to be uploaded in the eligibility document section.
RequiredCopy of receipt for deposition of original EMD (PROFORMA A) to the division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD (The EMD document shall only be issued from the place in which the office of receiving division office is situated) To be uploaded in the eligibility document section.

RequiredThe training certificate of ERP issued through LMS portal of ERP which is imparted to the contractor should be scanned and uploaded with all other requisite documents or undertaking that agency shall obtain certificate within 45 days from award of work.
