Construction of Embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift utp 1.5 mtr. Transporting to site spreading, gradting to required slope and compacting to meet requirement etc. (Includin Earth Royalty)

Construction of Embankment with earth obtained from Roadway Cutting or Excavation.

Earth work in excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kinds of soil where Pick-Jumper work is including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm, layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed wihin lead of 30 meters.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking Paving blocks of M-40 grade manufactured by block making machine equipped with steel mould clamped to a strong vibratory table with hydraulic pressure for compaction of concrete as per IRC SP 63 -2014 and of approved size and design / shape laid in Ordinary Grey Colour and pattern over and including 40 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material of Grading III, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in plant at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORT&H technical specifications Clause 401as per CSR 24.8

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical clause 406 of MORT&H specifications

Prime Coat @ 0.85kg per sqm Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85kg/sqm complete as per technical clause 502 of MORT&H specifications

Tack Coat @0.40kg per sqm Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.40 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface/granular surface treated with prime coat after cleaning the surface complete as per technical clause 503 of MORT&H specifications
