REPAIR/MAINT OF INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL E AND M SERVICES AT WSA-II AND III AT AF STN NAL UNDER GE (AF) NAL

Taking down old unserviceable termination rod 12 mm dia for replacement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Air termination single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fixed on GI pipe 50mm bore 1 mtr long with the help of nuts & bolts fixed on PCC block of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Note : GI Pipe to be measured & paid saperately under relevant of schedule.

Taking down old Copper strip of any sizes as down conductor/roof conductor carefully for re-use, shifting unserviceable conductor to store under sch of credit all as directed.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead for down conductor fixed to wall on porceline insulators/saddle or on button or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to pole or any other etc as required size 20x 3 mm copper strip including screws, porceline insulators, nuts & bolts the strip in entire Building with complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for refixing Copper / Alluminium strip of any sizes as down conductor/roof conductor after soldering between earth strip and refixing the copper / aluminium strip by providing new porciline insulator or burried in ground or drawn in conduit including PVC conduit, fixing arrangements with wall/roof all as per clause SSR part I and as directed.

S & F in repair Pre cast PCC blocks of size .3*.3*.3m of grade 1:2:4 type B1 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) with fixing arrangemnet for air terimination and placing on roof of buildings,blast pans, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with copper plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers up to 90 cm and with tibba sand up to top level and electrode connected to copper strip 20x3 mm dia as earthing lead by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to test point and there after HDPE Pipe 40mm all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR-2010 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering, funnel, wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways for cover 50 mm thick and MS frame of suitable size made of angle iron, including taking out existing earthing complete all as specified. Note :- (i) The unit rate includes earth lead and protection pipe up to maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate to earth point/test point. (ii) Earth pit shall be constructed minimum 0.5 metre away from earth.

Taking down U/S existing sub main wiring copper/ aluminium conductor including PVC or steel conduit/ casing and capping etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing sub-main wiring, with five single core 6.00 sq mm FRLSH, PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded, copper conductor cable drawn through steel conduit including providing 25mm of steel metallic conduit and fixed on wall including accessories and connecting to earth dolly complete, Note : 5 Run of 6.00 Sqmm, 1 Run of steel conduit shall be measured as one unit for measurment purpose.

Supply and fixing sub-main wiring, with three single core 4.00 sq mm FRLSH, PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded, copper conductor cable drawn through conduit including providing 20mm of steel metallic conduit and fixed on wall includung accessories and connecting to earth dolly complete, Note : 3 Run of 4.00 Sqmm, 1 Run of steel conduit shall be measured as one unit for measurment purpose.
