Complete godrej pattern as per drawing No FD-224 sheet 1/1. Complete all as specified in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Complete all as specified in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing old unserviceable parts from Rack side steel 711X685X254mm and Material and labour for fixing the new legs made out of 5 mm thick MS angle of L type and the new shelf and triangular support made out of 1.6 mm and 1.0mm thick MS sheet cold rolled respectively by using screws/nut bolt of existing size & shape including two coat of synthetic enamel OG paint (Make-Asian/Berger) over a coat of primer on internal & external surfaces. Removing old unserviceable parts of Teapoy Verandah and S&F New parts of 20 sqmm conduit pipe with gas welding and M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel white paint (Make-Asian/Berger) over a coat of primer. Complete all as specified in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing old unserviceable cane from Chair Verandah and M&L for one coat of white paint and recanning with 4mm wide cream/white coloured half round plastic cane. Complete all as specified in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing old unserviceable front & rear legs with PVC shoe complete of Chair Verandah and S&F New front & rear legs with PVC shoe complete of 20mm round condute pipe with gas welding and M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel white paint over a coat of red oxide. Complete all as specified in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing old unserviceable MS bar (Stiffener) of Chair Verandah and S&F New MS bar (Stiffener) of 10mm round MS pipe with gas welding and M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel white paint over a coat of red oxide. Complete all as specified in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for removing of old unserviceable MDF board of Charpoy GI pipe and reassembling the same duly electric welding long/short rail and legs by continuous welding around with the joint complete and provide 02 Nos flat MS stiffeners of size 40X5 mm duly welded in equal distance between two long rails.Stiffener should be painted with two coat of synthetic enemal black paint over a coat of red oxide primer and all as directed by Engr-In-Charge (FD-220)

Removing old unserviceable long rail from charpoy GI pipe and supply & fix new long rail of galvanised iron tubing of 32 mm bore medium grade, ISI marked duly threaded at both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Conversion of long rail (retrived from item no 22) in to short rail by cutting to required size, threading at both ends and replacement of old UNSV short rail from Charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Conversion of short rail (retrived from item no 23) in to legs by cutting to required size, threading at one side and replacement of old unserviceable legs from Charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing plywood 12mm thick commercial on other face BWR quality ISI marked fixed with suitable size of screw complete for above item no 23 and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for welding the broken tri joints of Charpoy GI pipe 32mm dia by using metal arc complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable nylone newar from Charpoy GI pipe including supply & weaving with new tape nylon newar 50 mm wide of white/light colour (not made of recycled nylone ) of superior quality on both sides duly stiched with nylone thread on both ends complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable revolving wheel of chair revolving steel adjustable, chair revolving excutive, chair work excutive and chair computer and supply and fixing of new revolving wheel of superior quality suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable hand rest of chair writing steel and chair computer and supply and fixing with suitable size of screw. Complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable cushioned seat and back with cloth of chair writing steel and chair computer and supply and fixing of cushion seat and back 32 density shape and size as per drawing and cover with tapestary cloth duly stiched and weaving with plastic thread . Complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
