ARMO Horticulture work during 2026-27 and 2027-28. SH. Day to day maintenance of horticulture features in ATS Building at Chennai Airport

Maintenance of lawn area including watering, manuring, top dressing, mowing and maintenance of seasonal beds etc as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Maintenance of hedges (Out side garden features) including hoeing watering, manuring (cost of manure will be paid separately) clipping and removal and disposal of clippings etc as per the direction of EIC.

Complete maintenance of shrubs (Out side garden features), jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering, weeding, pruning & application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by he department) and as per direction of officer in charge

Maintenance of potted plants Earthen pots / Cement pots / Plastic pots in displayed at multi storied office buildings,flats and ground floor bungalow,office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required ( Materials shall be provided by the department) as per direction of officer in charge

Supply and stacking of Organic manure (Wormy compost) packed in 50 kg plastic bag.

Supply and stacking of Red earth (fertile) at site suitable for horticulture works including loading, unloading carriage etc., complete as per the direction of Officer in charge( red earth measured in stacks shall be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supply and stacking of well decayed cow dung manure at site suitable for horticulture works including loading, unloading carriage etc., complete as per the direction of Officer in charge (manure measured in stacks shall be reduced by 8% for payment).

Provision of job work (seasonal works per day) for Garden features around Operational office premises and other unexpected emergency works which are unsusceptible for measurement) and occasions like swachh bharat week observations, days of national importance etc including all necessary tools and equipments etc., complete as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Disposal of tree/plant waste material by mechanical transport having capacity of 5.5 cum including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per the directions of EIC

Providing and Displaying of Aglaonema Sam ht.30 cm well developed three in one, having 18 to 20 fresh, healthy and attractive colorful leaves in 35 cm size Earthen pot/Chali/Tray & as per direction of the officer-in-charge
